  • parky1021
simon parkinson (@parky1021) reported from Barnsley, England

@ThreeUK worst customer service I’ve ever encountered place an order for a new contract yesterday morning as well as paying 49 quid up front and 3 separate people I’ve spoke to haven’t a clue when my phone will be delivered after I was told it would be here today

  • LeePMoran
𝕃𝕖𝕖 𝕄𝕠𝕣𝕒𝕟 (@LeePMoran) reported from Rotherham, England

@ThreeUKSupport So no service until Monday when a new sim will arrive & advised to use wattsapp in the meantime. Wow. Three have the right people on the line convincing people to stay, just not the same investment on the resolution team.

  • LeonElsesNo1Fan
Jacqui Garner Ⓥ (@LeonElsesNo1Fan) reported from Sheffield, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m having major problems with 3 and I’m not happy... I paid THREE direct debits in December which is totally wrong, I have one phone & broadband. One bill was for £20 MORE than I should be paying. Then if that isn’t enough, yesterday I received a letter about...

  • BigArby
Alex A (@BigArby) reported from Sheffield, England

@ThreeUKSupport how do I complain about your home broadband. Your call centre isn’t accepting calls. 4G has been up and down for weeks.

  • spud279
dazzer (@spud279) reported from Oughtibridge, England

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK Appalling service from 3, joke of a company who do not deserve customers. Never seat with such incompetent idiots

  • s_johnson29
steven johnson (@s_johnson29) reported from Sheffield, England

  • GlennJHarris
Glenn (@GlennJHarris) reported from Sheffield, England

@ThreeUK I’ve tried both these options and neither have been to solve the issue

  • Bomberherald
Bobby, the premature elf on a shelf 🎄🎁 (@Bomberherald) reported from Conisbrough, England

Caught in a weird login and validate email loop trying to upgrade my phone. @ThreeUK must really want me to have an iphone (🤢) as every time I click on Samsung I get thrown back into an eternal cycle of validation hell. It's working that well that Bethesda want to publish it.

  • jimjamyahauk
James Little (@jimjamyahauk) reported from Sheffield, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, thanks. Just talked to your chat help who can't see any issues and frankly I'm not sure had any access to information you may have.

  • thefragster
Andy Frenzel (@thefragster) reported from Brimington, England

@ThreeUK phoned up yesterday wanting to upgrade 2 contracts! Agreed a price! You then had a system issue and promised to ring me back! Still waiting! Don't you want my money or do I need to take my custome elsewhere! #poorservice

  • JenParry9
Jen Parry (@JenParry9) reported from Sheffield, England

@ThreeUK super disappointed that my 24m contract has expired and instead of automatically moving me to a sim only contract you have charged me exactly the same (£42!) for the coming month even though the handset is paid off. Not the service I expect after years of custom 👎👎

  • GriftersUnited
John G (@GriftersUnited) reported from Sheffield, England

@ThreeUK a 2.7% increase on mobile contracts when so many are isolating on reduced wages or key workers is pretty bad timing.

  • LeanneCoates1
Leanne (@LeanneCoates1) reported from Sheffield, England

Is anyone else with the network @ThreeUK and think their signal/ service is absolutely shite! 🤬

  • witchit80
Tracey (@witchit80) reported from Sheffield, England

@ThreeUK Not for me. 3rd full day without mobile data. Not good enough 3. And before you suggest it @ThreeUK I've tried switching it on and off several times and doing a manual network roam. When I rang 333 they were worse than useless - said they couldn't do anything basically

  • ianmorton3108
Ian (@ianmorton3108) reported from Orgreave, England

@ThreeUKSupport Any chance of a reply to my DM. Been trying to sort this issue out since 11am. Nightmare. Not impressed now.

  • GriftersUnited
John G (@GriftersUnited) reported from Sheffield, England

@S10Blade @ThreeUK Powercuts at 10-1030pm though seems out of character. You’d expect earlier if it was a surge that did it. I’m more annoyed my 4G coverage seems to have dropped by 2 bars and yet no explanation from @ThreeUKSupport for this but I get txts saying issues when seemingly aren’t any

  • DaveMM16
David Meredith 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@DaveMM16) reported from Doncaster, England

@ThreeUK Hi Three - still no service at Doncaster Sheffield Airport ?

  • manutdforlife34
R.I.P Queen Elisabeth II (@manutdforlife34) reported from Barnsley, England

@ThreeUKSupport Is the signal down because I have struggled to open apps and they don’t load!!!

  • thefragster
Andy Frenzel (@thefragster) reported from Brimington, England

@ThreeUK better be quick as you may loose me as a customer! #4contractstocancel #wasgonnaupgrade #stillachancetokeepme

  • BrettHadley42
Brett Hadley (@BrettHadley42) reported from Rotherham, England

Hey @ThreeUK - Why can nobody ring me? Everything works fine from my end and I’ve no issues with signal or my phone but if someone tries ringing me? It won’t connect. Odd.

    Ashlar1 (@crb22462) reported

@ThreeUK complaining on CS I NEED to cancel my son's contract THAT I AM the account holder off.But you can't seem to allow me access with your ridiculous security The phone is OFF so I won't get the TEXT if I call him and ask for the email code I have to end the call.🤬🤬🤬

  • helloitsolly
    Olly (@helloitsolly) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls

  • PaulHolman100
    Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported

@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.

  • DebHiton
    Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported

@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!

  • Gary_Kilroy
    Gary Kilroy (@Gary_Kilroy) reported

I'm with @ThreeUK I recently got an email telling me they've merged their network with @VodafoneUK and I can connect to both and get better coverage. The service has got worse!

  • MatthewFoxAF
    Matthew Fox (@MatthewFoxAF) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK mad with 3 IE and whenever I go abroad for a few months I just keep it topped up and never have issues then pick up a local sim for my spare phone

  • stevie_builds
    stevie (@stevie_builds) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

  • seanpaulguitar
    Sean Redmond (@seanpaulguitar) reported

@ThreeUK your live chat agent is a pile of crap, if someone asks to be put through to an agent and says no questions it must immediately do so, your unacceptable menus and ridiculous questions arent acceptable, if i ask for an agent it should be IMMEDIATE

  • KRUNAL1
    K (@KRUNAL1) reported

@ThreeUK why are you scamming customers by letting third party companies add subscriptions to the broadband service ? What is Weezchat that I have never signed up for ? £18 pounds ? How ? When asked to cancel you can’t, so you can add without my permission taken from me account but can’t cancel? How to cancel ? They send a sms ? How when it’s hub ? @Ofcom @IanMurrayMP please can this be looked into - I’m not the only one that been scammed, there’s hundreds of people

  • AutomationAlex
    Alex | orbisearch.com (@AutomationAlex) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK I pay £7/m to ID and visit the uk 1x per year. Never any issues.
