I’m more annoyed my 4G coverage seems to have dropped by 2 bars and yet no explanation from @ThreeUKSupport for this but I get txts saying issues when seemingly aren’t any

Can you please tell me if there is any issues with each of your networks please. The calls do not ring and say Call Failed. However, I can get calls from the Three number.

It’s beyond frustrating. I just want to speak to someone who can sort out my issues. It should not be that hard to sort out problems.
