    @ThreeUKSupport You reply to this, but then someone else picks up. No one know what they are doing and I just keep getting cut off. It’s beyond frustrating. I just want to speak to someone who can sort out my issues. It should not be that hard to sort out problems.

    @ThreeUKSupport please can you tell me why my network is so slow I only have 1 bar for reception and my 4g is not loading I am using to switch to 3 g and that is poor. I work for the NHS and am working remotely and need my phone to contact employees. Please can you let me know.

    @ThreeUK Don't go on 3 especially if you're in Sheffield the coverage is horse shite even people on pay as you go Giff Gaff receive better coverage and customer service

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK The app is useless, I’ve been trying for 5 months to change my address on it and it just comes up “there’s a problem we know about.” Whenever I go on live chat they just say I’ve to do it on the app. How can I if it comes up with a problem each time. Help

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK I upgraded 2 weeks ago and had nothing from that day and carnt get a resolve even though a phone 3 times a day , I’m paying for 2 x WiFi boxes that have never worked

    @ThreeUKSupport Haven’t had broadband on my new hub for a week now. Bills paid, have reset (several times), taken sim out and back in, spoken to tech support and all they can say is maybe 7 days… maybe not then you’ll maybe see your internet back on. Wtaf????

    @ThreeUK I've asked for an invoice 3 times, once on the telephone and twice over your chat and still keep getting the same reply! This is ridiculous! email you send me doesn't have an invoice number on! chat staff is rude all I need is my invoice number why is it so difficult?
