@ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Pete. We’re all on Three. So signal/service isn’t allowing us to connect properly, getting cut off over and over. I’m on the app now. If the signal was as good as the media engagement, there wouldn’t be any issues here.

@S10Blade @ThreeUK Still sod all network coverage here. Restarted phone twice now just to be sure. Not exactly filling me with hope for next few days when I’ll have no WiFi and was reliant on mobile actually doing what I pay them for!

@katebevan @JRJHealey @ThreeUK I’ve been staring at that for a while & can’t see it as anything other than wilful gouging. £6/GB would be pretty bad in my book, but the same amount for 1/1000th?! There can’t be any reasonable upstream cost explanation – it’s ugly capitalist profiteering, pure & simple.

@ThreeUKSupport Both my wife and myself are having some issues making and receiving calls today. Outgoing calls either take sound 10 secs to go through or not at all and on incoming calls the caller sometimes gets a message saying this number is not in use. S35 postcode area.

@S10Blade Sounds like same for me. Except I’ve no network coverage being found for @ThreeUK so I was reliant on router being on. Come tomorrow I won’t even have that so I hope to wake up to some clue why that’s failing on me too.

@S10Blade @ThreeUK Powercuts at 10-1030pm though seems out of character. You’d expect earlier if it was a surge that did it. I’m more annoyed my 4G coverage seems to have dropped by 2 bars and yet no explanation from @ThreeUKSupport for this but I get txts saying issues when seemingly aren’t any

@matthewlawton @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ve just put my SIM in. No message about transferring tomorrow but one prompting if I want to transfer. When I click on that the earliest date it gives is Monday! Too late then as I’ll incur fees from old network 😡

@ThreeUK super disappointed that my 24m contract has expired and instead of automatically moving me to a sim only contract you have charged me exactly the same (£42!) for the coming month even though the handset is paid off. Not the service I expect after years of custom 👎👎

@ThreeUKSupport I tried to make the payment again but I was told I should not because it would take two payments from my account. I can pay but the payment was declined I had adequate funds and there was no issue with the bank. So it is a three issue.

@ThreeUK loyal customer for many years . Said payment from bank was declined , bank said no issues advises it’s the phone companies issue . Customer service advises says “ it’s normally due to low fund’s” . Despite me telling them this . Disgraceful customer service

@ThreeUK Please sort out how you train your telesales staff. When I tell a cold-caller that I’m not interested, he should take the hint. Had to hang up in the end as he was so persistent. Not good.
