Scott Campbell (@Scottc79) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Have just spent the most hofficially infuriating few minutes of my life trying to string together a conversation with some absolute moron in your joke of a call centre. You guys must work tirelessly to attain such Herculean levels of abject service.
-
le_deej (@davidgrierson70) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport My number no longer seems to be registered on network and I can't access my account online as you're Experiencing Technical Difficulties. What's going on?
-
Fiona McLean Photography (@fmcleanphoto) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It was disappointing you gave no further reply after I showed it wasn’t the cache & offered zero help whatsoever. Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didn’t require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service I’ve come to expect.
-
Richard Peat (@RTPeat) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@MustardSeedUK @ThreeUK Absolutely, this morning I had no signal whatsoever, restarting the phone got a signal, but no data access. The last one was country wide as well, but didn’t seem to get picked up by journalists.

Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport what is going on with your network AGAIN! Numerous times I have reported shoddy network speeds on your 4G Home Broadband . And I don't want to hear lame excuses about "Work Being Carried Out" when that simply isn't the case. EH6 area (Leith)
-
Kevin (@kevocateur) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ICTman1076 @ThreeUK Was glad to be rid of Three, the worst performing network in my area for 3G/4G speeds. Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!
-
Steph Munro (@StephMunroxx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Not particularly, just seem to have poor service with both
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport @Rpearson081 The 999 calls connected then disconnected after I asked for the emergency service I wanted. Got a bleep tone and a message on the screen saying Network error. I tried 3 times and gave up. Police eventually called me as there were 3 lost calls and thought I was needing help.
-
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).
-
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Edinburgh, ScotlandI spoke online to @threeuk and also a shop and the deal wasn’t anywhere near as good as @O2 so now moved 2 of the 3 phones on Three to O2. These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

-
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK And coming from an Ex Staff Member for Channel Operations.. I know a duff signal and poor network when I see one. No amount of previous reporting has fixed it and I want out of my contact if it doesn't improve !!

-
Craig Edward (@CraigEdward_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.
-
Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I did even though I don't believe the problem is with my device, since yesterday I've got the very same issue and also a friend is experiencing the same here. It got better only in the evening. That's been terrible lately

David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@daveake @ThreeUKSupport Until recently the app Three provided allowed checking of data allowance if you were in mobile data mode on the iPad. No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.
-
Bruce J Beaton (@beaton_bruce) reported from Queensferry, Scotland@CarDealerEd @vertumotors Great interview. Been stuck all day with 10% wifi then @ThreeUK went down! Now catching up. The reason I invest in VTU is Robert. It's like buying £10💷 notes for £6.80 at the moment. A dividend would be nice but sure VTU will double up next year as a goodwill gesture
