Fortunately I was able to find another way to get an add on that didnβt require logging in to the site. As I said, this is exactly the service Iβve come to expect.

He said he had never refused to give me the PAC code but just wasnβt getting round to it, demanding to know which phone, how much etc.

I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.
