3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Kinghorn, Scotland

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Kinghorn and nearby locations:

  • RTPeat Richard Peat  (@RTPeat) reported from Kinghorn, Scotland

@Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

  • steph_ashford Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I've also tried turning the phone off and on and switching to airplane mode and back. Having no issues across town at my work, so know it's not the phone.

  • RTPeat Richard Peat  (@RTPeat) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@MustardSeedUK @ThreeUK Absolutely, this morning I had no signal whatsoever, restarting the phone got a signal, but no data access. The last one was country wide as well, but didn’t seem to get picked up by journalists.

  • shadlx Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Hmm. That sounds like a very standard excuse for the network behaviour I see pretty much 24:7 across the country - it suggests your network isn’t up to scratch

  • marposttwit mari (@marposttwit) reported from Kelty, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Over a month with no signal. No refunds mentioned and no compensation for having to install and pay for landline services.

  • gm8arv David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@daveake @ThreeUKSupport Until recently the app Three provided allowed checking of data allowance if you were in mobile data mode on the iPad. No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.

  • ianwsmith82 Ian Smith (@ianwsmith82) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport why ask me to do a survey with text replies then charge me for the replies. Honestly that's pretty poor.

  • _wanderlustlwt 𝕊𝕙𝕒𝕟 | (@_wanderlustlwt) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport my 4g is down and I need it for my job, this is a joke £100 a month and for the service to be down

  • cholehen chlo ♡ (@cholehen) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I’m looking for prices on an early upgrade. I don’t have the time to sit on the phone but every time I start a live chat the systems are down :(

  • marposttwit mari (@marposttwit) reported from Kelty, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport can you help. I have no network connection. A fault for last 3 weeks. Live chat hopeless. Need to know how long network will be down or whether to move supplier

  • zah_ali Zahid Ali (@zah_ali) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport No data or signal at all 😥

  • _wanderlustlwt 𝕊𝕙𝕒𝕟 | (@_wanderlustlwt) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport my 4g is down and I need it for my job, this is a joke £100 a month and for the service to be down

  • DX_1 doris (@DX_1) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK @metwhine aye, maybe quit being sarcastic on twitter for a while and actually respond to customers having issues. idiots.

  • shadlx Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport @AndrewCruzeUK As can how rubbish your network provider is

  • Mattsteedman matt Steedman - (@Mattsteedman) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport . Just 48 hours I was singing your praises to a few of my mates asking why they were staying with a rival network. I told them three was the way forward and then you go & let me down like this. Looks like finally it’s working but let’s not fight again pls

  • marposttwit mari (@marposttwit) reported from Kelty, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to get a response for 2 and1/2 hours to network problem. Told its a network problem but has lasted 3 weeks and can't get answer as to how long it will be. Can't phone or text.

  • gm8arv David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it

  • Rawssy Ross (@Rawssy) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

Really starting to piss me off how bad @ThreeUK ‘s signal is... I’m in central Edinburgh I have 1 bar of 4g and it takes 20-30 seconds to load 1 picture...... IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN

  • DavidBourne1978 David Bourne (@DavidBourne1978) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Nope not yet as work is an issue. Best after 7pm tonight

  • marposttwit mari (@marposttwit) reported from Kelty, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport @TheTweetinSheep Spent 2 and half hours on live chat and still got neither satisfaction or able to log a complaint.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • mathtick pedantic uncertaintist duck (@mathtick) reported

@Finumus1 @ThreeUK Basically I am in the third world. No twitter blue and no emergency alerts. Not sure if this is a positive or negative.

  • Anna31Flowers Anna Flowers (@Anna31Flowers) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 3 days of no Internet & I work from home! Appalling customer service when calling to try & resolve! I will be reporting you to Ofcom!

  • jonhollingfm Jonathan Holling (@jonhollingfm) reported

@kinlett @ThreeUK Yeah they have released a statement, looks like a network issue. Hopefully the real thing will work if its ever needed!

  • Four_King_Hell Raphael (@Four_King_Hell) reported

@ThreeUK What you have is a hypothesis. You’ve proved nothing. Presumably you thought you’d fixed the same issue last summer when it failed initially. Why not repeat the test to be sure?

  • NickWychen Nick (@NickWychen) reported

@JImblee1 @ThreeUK me too to the no alarm on 3.. signal ok though

  • 41point2Hz 41point2Hz (@41point2Hz) reported

@ThreeUK I'm sure you were convinced "there would be no issue" on the first test, which then failed for a vast majority of your customers. The ONLY way you can stand by this statement is to run the test again. Don't let the next 'test' be a real alert!!

  • davidcrosby David Crosby (@davidcrosby) reported

@ThreeUK Me and my partner both on three didn’t get it. I don’t think many of your customers did. We would have all been in the crap if it was a real emergency

  • RebelliousUno RebelliousUno (@RebelliousUno) reported

@ThreeUK It's not fixed until it's proved. Who's to say another test wouldn't bring about another issue...

  • DexterMosul DexterMosul🇮🇶 (@DexterMosul) reported

@ThreeUK That's not even close to satisfying; your customers deserve to know that your service works in emergencies. Imagine if they had lost their lives and come back to ask you what went wrong. They might switch to another provider if you don't explain and Run ANOTHER TEST.

  • BeresfordSue Sue Beresford (@BeresfordSue) reported

@ThreeUK Oh please what kind of project resource have you got on this. First it was pretty much your entire network which failed so how can anyone have confidence in what you say, - you must do some testing before you can be so bullish !
