There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.

When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2
