Joao R. Carraro (@john_rafa) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.
-
Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Hmm. That sounds like a very standard excuse for the network behaviour I see pretty much 24:7 across the country - it suggests your network isn’t up to scratch
-
le_deej (@davidgrierson70) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport My number no longer seems to be registered on network and I can't access my account online as you're Experiencing Technical Difficulties. What's going on?
-
frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Thank you, but it's OK, I don't really need to use it at home. Just wanted to make you aware the network is struggling around these parts
-
Richard Peat (@RTPeat) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@MustardSeedUK @ThreeUK Absolutely, this morning I had no signal whatsoever, restarting the phone got a signal, but no data access. The last one was country wide as well, but didn’t seem to get picked up by journalists.
-
Bruce J Beaton (@beaton_bruce) reported from Queensferry, Scotland@CarDealerEd @vertumotors Great interview. Been stuck all day with 10% wifi then @ThreeUK went down! Now catching up. The reason I invest in VTU is Robert. It's like buying £10💷 notes for £6.80 at the moment. A dividend would be nice but sure VTU will double up next year as a goodwill gesture
-
𝕊𝕙𝕒𝕟 | (@_wanderlustlwt) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport my 4g is down and I need it for my job, this is a joke £100 a month and for the service to be down
-

-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport are there network issues in EH11 2NQ? My WiFi signal is so bad, it's not even registering on a speed test and it's greatly affecting me being able to work.
-
John M Hunt (@Johnmhunt) reported from Oxgangs, Scotland@comer_georgina @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport It’s Facebook and Instagram that are down just now. Only showing partial feeds. Doing the same on wifi here.
-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It's not my phone, it's the WiFi. I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.
-
Kevin (@kevocateur) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ICTman1076 @ThreeUK Was glad to be rid of Three, the worst performing network in my area for 3G/4G speeds. Would rate their 5G service, but there isn't one where I live in Edinburgh city centre. The fastest I ever got was 1.5Mb/s. A network built for 2003!
-
Nicola Hamblett (@jibuku) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport one of your stores forced a contract through on me without my permission before I’d signed anything and we’re really funny about cancelling it when I said I didn’t want to go through with it. Where can I make a formal complaint please?
-
KELLY CLELLAND 1 (@KELLYCLELLAND1) reported from Linlithgow, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport The problem most likely lies in software setting in Powersaving mode somehow I got internet setting back on it working briefly before it switched off again
3 (Three) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

-
Zoe Martinez (@zoemartipulse) reported@DavidCl88428325 @ThreeUKSupport the network choosing unemployment again
-
Louise (@just_lou22) reported@ThreeUK is anyone else getting increasingly annoyed with the terrible service from this mobile network. The second my phone switches to 5G there is zero coverage, no internet, no calls - NOTHING! Paying an obscene amount each month for absolute shite
-
Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.
