There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.
