When you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

@CarDealerEd @vertumotors Great interview. Been stuck all day with 10% wifi then @ThreeUK went down! Now catching up. The reason I invest in VTU is Robert. It's like buying £10💷 notes for £6.80 at the moment. A dividend would be nice but sure VTU will double up next year as a goodwill gesture

Well some nice news is I’ve just upgraded my @ThreeUKSupport contract for another year so will continue to enjoy #goroam for 12 months, after that I might have to look around. Such a shame as I’ve liked this network :)

@ThreeUK now that you are changing the only thing that most people kept with you for, can you cancel a sim only contract with no charge as i think its just shite that after promising you would not charge for roaming, you lie just as much as @BorisJohnson and thats alot.

@ThreeUK I read today 3 are introducing roaming charges within the EU. Despite the poor coverage the only reason I went abs stuck with 3 was their go roam package. Nor that’s is ending I will take my business to an operator with better coverage. Thanks for nothing.
