@CarDealerEd @vertumotors Great interview. Been stuck all day with 10% wifi then @ThreeUK went down! Now catching up. The reason I invest in VTU is Robert. It's like buying £10💷 notes for £6.80 at the moment. A dividend would be nice but sure VTU will double up next year as a goodwill gesture

When you contact @ThreeUK for a refund in April & they tell you it’s proceed. We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Shocking customer service.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

@BethanMcConnell @ThreeUK The way it’s *supposed* to happen is automatic - you’ll get a text telling you when your phone has connected to a foreign network - what happens next depends on your provider (ie. 3 charges £2 a day for access to your regular data abroad) I’d ring up and check beforehand though

@wgardner101 @ThreeUK @O2 I’ve always been pleased with Three but the reception on the Fylde coast is dreadful. I’ve noticed no difference with 5G so I’m not fussed about that. Time to change network 📱
