    @Nate_Brady @ThreeUKSupport Will do. It does seem to new customers who are having the same issue. I only joined on Thursday. I’ve uninstalled the app for now and will try downloading it again in a few days. I don’t have much faith it’ll work though!

    @ThreeUKSupport Very slow connection as shown on the speed test. A friend also on three is experiencing the same. It's as bad as yesterday. Just improved in the evening. Can't load anything.

    @DMcGillivray2 @ThreeUK @Ofcom I had to threaten to report them to Ofcom Don as they guy was constantly asking me questions. He said he had never refused to give me the PAC code but just wasn’t getting round to it, demanding to know which phone, how much etc.

    @ThreeUKSupport I did even though I don't believe the problem is with my device, since yesterday I've got the very same issue and also a friend is experiencing the same here. It got better only in the evening. That's been terrible lately

    @ThreeUKSupport Hmm. That sounds like a very standard excuse for the network behaviour I see pretty much 24:7 across the country - it suggests your network isn’t up to scratch

    I spoke online to @threeuk and also a shop and the deal wasn’t anywhere near as good as @O2 so now moved 2 of the 3 phones on Three to O2. These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

    @ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

    Really starting to piss me off how bad @ThreeUK ‘s signal is... I’m in central Edinburgh I have 1 bar of 4g and it takes 20-30 seconds to load 1 picture...... IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN

    @ThreeUK absolutely abysmal service tonight. Preordered my new iphone a week ago, mine is delayed. My partner ordered a new one 4 HOURS AGO and hers isn’t?! Can’t even change the colour to ensure a delivery tomorrow. Appalling.

    @ThreeUK I was in the middle of a call when I got cut off and an announcement came on saying I couldn't phone 153 anymore I needed to phone another number to connect to international three support. I wasn't on an international call and now I can't phone anyone.

    @ThreeUK your customer service is the worst ever. Trying to cancel a stolen phone and you say you are not open. Live chat down. This is unacceptable. I can’t get replacement until spoken to you. Website won’t says having problems. What is going on?

    @ThreeUK my entire contract and re order in 1-2 business days if I wanted a different colour? What I want is the phone I ordered a week ago to be delivered on the day it was apparently guaranteed. Been with you 7 years and never had to deal with false promises like this.

    @ThreeUKsupport answer your phones. My phone is stolen and I can’t cancel it as you say you are closed. Need to order replacement fast. What’s going on. Website down can’t use app as it’s on the stolen phone. This is appalling service.

    @WobbleBoxers @ThreeUK Get a PAC code from old provider (should be blue to text automated service from old sim) then give it to Three, should all be automated these days and done via text (I think)

    @ThreeUK suspend my account, then when I want to cancel my contract and get my PAC code...it can only be shared by SMS when I have no network to receive it! Since Tuesday I'm stuck with a phone on WiFi only! This how they treat loyal customers! Resolve my issue!!
