@ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

@Nate_Brady @ThreeUKSupport Will do. It does seem to new customers who are having the same issue. I only joined on Thursday. I’ve uninstalled the app for now and will try downloading it again in a few days. I don’t have much faith it’ll work though!

I spoke online to @threeuk and also a shop and the deal wasn’t anywhere near as good as @O2 so now moved 2 of the 3 phones on Three to O2. These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

@DMcGillivray2 @ThreeUK @Ofcom I had to threaten to report them to Ofcom Don as they guy was constantly asking me questions. He said he had never refused to give me the PAC code but just wasn’t getting round to it, demanding to know which phone, how much etc.

@thepipkins @ThreeUK We ditched Smarty (which runs on the three network) recently as although it was cheap and coverage was good, the speed on three was awful - now have EE SIM in our router and the difference is amazing and I can work again - but costs a bit more....
