No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.

At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. Why do you sell services to County Durham residents when you refuse to fix issues, take ownership and provide explanations?
