Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It's not my phone, it's the WiFi. I've rebooted the router multiple times this morning & if I'm lucky I'll connect for 20-30mins, then it's gone again. This god awful home WiFi is the worst thing I've ever experienced and will be why I leave you when my contract is up.
-
mari (@marposttwit) reported from Kelty, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport @TheTweetinSheep Spent 2 and half hours on live chat and still got neither satisfaction or able to log a complaint.
-
Stuart (@stuart272) reported from Livingston, Scotland@ThreeUK I know it is a stiff competition but you must surely have the worst customer service in the mobile industry
-
Craig Edward (@CraigEdward_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.
-
Aldo (@AGDun_162) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK And coming from an Ex Staff Member for Channel Operations.. I know a duff signal and poor network when I see one. No amount of previous reporting has fixed it and I want out of my contact if it doesn't improve !!
-
Katherine Aly (@itskatherinealy) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@6BROWNIN @ThreeUK You should! Everyone kept telling me how bad they are but I haven’t had an issue until the time I actually needed their help with something important.. good luck!
-
Ian Smith (@ianwsmith82) reported from Livingston, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport honestly terrible customer service from you today. Beyond hopeless
-
Ian Smith (@ianwsmith82) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport why ask me to do a survey with text replies then charge me for the replies. Honestly that's pretty poor.
-
David Taylor (@gm8arv) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it
-
Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Hmm. That sounds like a very standard excuse for the network behaviour I see pretty much 24:7 across the country - it suggests your network isn’t up to scratch
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport @Rpearson081 The 999 calls connected then disconnected after I asked for the emergency service I wanted. Got a bleep tone and a message on the screen saying Network error. I tried 3 times and gave up. Police eventually called me as there were 3 lost calls and thought I was needing help.
-
mari (@marposttwit) reported from Kelty, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport Over a month with no signal. No refunds mentioned and no compensation for having to install and pay for landline services.
-
Stuart Gray (@Bighenbroon) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport what's the issue with service in the KY1 area? Has been dropping in and out all day with internet and phone signal
-
Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport I've also tried turning the phone off and on and switching to airplane mode and back. Having no issues across town at my work, so know it's not the phone.
-
Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Three are shocking and have a terrible signal coverage. I had to make a 999 call three times only to be cut off each time as no signal. Thankfully someone else called for the ambulance and the heart attack patient survived.
-
Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).

-
