We are now nearly in July and I haven’t received anything. Contact them this morning and can’t access my account so I’m therefore asked to email or send a letter in the post. Rhys Llwyd (@rhysllwyd) reportedUnfortunatelly @ThreeUKSupport are similar in my town center (Caernarfon, North Wales). Phones shows there is 4G signal but often nothing loads. They’ve said in the past it’s a local temporary fault. But I’m sure it’s bandwidth/network capacity issues.
