    @CarDealerEd @vertumotors Great interview. Been stuck all day with 10% wifi then @ThreeUK went down! Now catching up. The reason I invest in VTU is Robert. It's like buying £10💷 notes for £6.80 at the moment. A dividend would be nice but sure VTU will double up next year as a goodwill gesture

    @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK Usually not too bad around Edinburgh but today when I got over the hill and the phone swapped to an Edinburgh mast it just stopped routing to the internet.

    @ThreeUKSupport The problem most likely lies in software setting in Powersaving mode somehow I got internet setting back on it working briefly before it switched off again

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been trying to get a response for 2 and1/2 hours to network problem. Told its a network problem but has lasted 3 weeks and can't get answer as to how long it will be. Can't phone or text.

    @pd_langford @ThreeUK 24 bloody months. And it’s been two months. On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoke to 10 different advisors they either don’t understand as they don’t talk the language or they all tell me different things. Yous juet make **** up at this point. Stealing from pensioners is bad enough (my first complaint) but now you’re just helping yourself to money

    @ThreeUKSupport still no response from anyone. This is unacceptable. I'm filing a formal complaint. And if you refuse to respond to that too, I'll contact the telecommunications ombudsman FOR THE 2ND TIME and potentially trading standards to report @ThreeUK. Unacceptable.

    @EE @ThreeUK only put theirs up by 4.5% not the 14.4% that you have….. It’s not the fact they’ve gone up mid contract, it’s the fact you don’t appear to care about customers and giving automated responses doesn’t help your case.
