  @ThreeUKSupport I don't want it converted because that expires in a month. It's rare that Vodafone doesn't work, which is why I don't want the data allowance to expire - it'll be needed two or three times a year.

  @ThreeUKSupport Okay listen I had a conversation with your agent over the phone few days ago.. Ge told me after 21st of September the network issue will get resolved but till now 24th September I can't even make a call to the customer care... And he also denied my cooling off period

  12 years I've been with @ThreeUK and now I'm locked in for another 2 years & I wish I wasnt Called @ThreeUKSupport to cancel because I was told I had to the 24th. Nope😞 Biggest joke is I wanted to stay with them coz I can get a contract elsewhere thats better & they cant give me
