    @Nate_Brady @ThreeUKSupport Will do. It does seem to new customers who are having the same issue. I only joined on Thursday. I’ve uninstalled the app for now and will try downloading it again in a few days. I don’t have much faith it’ll work though!

    @ThreeUKSupport Kirsty, I have neither three phone, nor a three home service. I have an iPad with a 200 MB/month SIM, and I would like to check the usage. With Wi-Fi disabled, mobile data enabled 192.168.0.1 just times out. You are apparently sending a text to my iPad, which cannot receive it

    @ThreeUKSupport Since I've moved to Edinburgh last December. At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

    @daveake @ThreeUKSupport Until recently the app Three provided allowed checking of data allowance if you were in mobile data mode on the iPad. No problem! The the app was updated “to work in Wi-Fi mode as well”. That’s when all the problems started, requiring a password and an incoming text.

    Really starting to piss me off how bad @ThreeUK ‘s signal is... I’m in central Edinburgh I have 1 bar of 4g and it takes 20-30 seconds to load 1 picture...... IN THE CENTRE OF TOWN

    @ThreeUKSupport I am still automatically logged in from my phone when connected to 4G. However the issues I'm experiencing come from trying to log in whilst on wifi or another device. The 2FA system that has been implemented does not work as the "enter" button is greyed out.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am akso unable to log in via the three app, and am unable to reset my password. I am only able to login via the automatic login when on a browser, and connected to my mobile data / 4g.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi I have just noticed that you have taken Money from my bank account, the phone I had with you was returned the same day and the contract cancelled as I couldn't get a signal. I don't understand how I've been charged 52£

    @ThreeUKSupport 3 sent a text to choose a new plan, I did this + got a letter saying I am on another plan of a higher charge. Then as I rarely use 3 app, can't log on as the password rest don't work, then the 3 CS won't help as I can't recall my password, by this time my 14 days is over. :(

    @ThreeUKSupport W4 and W12 area. I've complained in the chat over 10 times and no solutions. My grandmother on the same plan is having the same problems. No improvements made since. Want to leave but told I have to pay a fee. I'm not getting any service for what I am paying

    @ThreeUKSupport Apparently it is possible to cancel today to avoid the next charge, but not possible to do a refund. Not ideal, but it is what it is. Clearly the parting ways should be as easy as signing up. I’m sure you agree Mark. Will follow up in 15 days anyways.
