@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Three are shocking and have a terrible signal coverage. I had to make a 999 call three times only to be cut off each time as no signal. Thankfully someone else called for the ambulance and the heart attack patient survived.

  • CraigEdward_ Craig Edward (@CraigEdward_) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

  • mel_robbo Mel Robbo (@mel_robbo) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I am trying to find out if my phone has WiFi calling enabled but the info for Oneplus 7T is blank on device support. Can you help?

  • frvic93 frvic93 (@frvic93) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you, but it's OK, I don't really need to use it at home. Just wanted to make you aware the network is struggling around these parts

  • Alfiedog9 Alfiedog (@Alfiedog9) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport This doesn’t address any of the issues raised by the Swiss. Sorry. You know the risks but you’re only interested in £$€. The problem is, your greed is my risk.

  • paulforsyth7867 Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@Rpearson081 @RangersBoy8877 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @SkyHelpTeam @WhatsApp I want to change providers as the signal is very poor to no signal at all and that is when am in the open. Can't do this until 2021 so Three better improve or provide a reduced bill for a service am not getting.

  • paulforsyth7867 Paul Forsyth (@paulforsyth7867) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport @Rpearson081 The 999 calls connected then disconnected after I asked for the emergency service I wanted. Got a bleep tone and a message on the screen saying Network error. I tried 3 times and gave up. Police eventually called me as there were 3 lost calls and thought I was needing help.

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • GayToryJon Jonathan 🇺🇦 (@GayToryJon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Within the first 6 months of purchase that is your responsibility as the retailer as has been confirmed by a member of your customer relations team. Much credit to her, she has sorted things, shame took 3 people to do so though.

  • Will_LJ William Lees-Jones (@Will_LJ) reported

@ThreeUK - you really need to sort out your out-sourced customer services. You could not have made a simple situation more complex with threats, poor admin and a lot of wasted time - 4 calls (each 30+ minutes) to do something simple - from 13 November to 30 January (so far!)

  • johnny_webber Johnny Webber ✏️📒💻 (@johnny_webber) reported

@ThreeUKSupport An employee at your Fulham Broadway location sold me what he said was ten months' worth of vouchers. Now your customer service employee tells me these vouchers are expired. Now I can't top-up my account

  • ThatKidCosmo Cosmo (@ThatKidCosmo) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Are there any plans to support the pixel watch lte?

  • MochaQuokka QuokkᐰMocha 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🇨🇿🇺🇦🏳️‍🌈 (@MochaQuokka) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@ThreeUKSupport If the sim doesn’t arrive tomorrow can I still speak to you? My problem is I forgot I set up a Mail redirect while I’m looking after my uncle across in Fife and it’s not stopped yet, so the sim will go to my uncle’s house.

  • ChelseaTactic Luciano (@ChelseaTactic) reported

@AbsoluteChelsea @TheAthleticFC Good. **** @ThreeUK - when **** was getting real they didn’t back us at all. Jumped on the media train. Shirt looks **** with them plastered in the middle anyway. Hate them

  • miss_skadoodle Cayetana 🇬🇧 🇪🇸 (@miss_skadoodle) reported

I have just had probably one of the worst morning of awful #customerservice experiences thanks to @ThreeUK The lack of empathy of their phone support staff as well as inability to understand my problems is just puzzling.

  • Jim_Leeder Jim Leeder (@Jim_Leeder) reported

@ThreeUK hi, when I go to upgrade on your site it says the service is down. When will it be back up please? I’m an existing customer ready to upgrade to a new sim deal.

  • forestschooling Stephen Simpson FSUK (@forestschooling) reported from Kingston upon Thames, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. It’s been a month now and still no service. (As of 0810 30/1/23) At want point can I leave my contract as you seem unable to fix the problem. Please don’t tell me to call a number as I simply haven’t got time to explain the problem again.

  • TheDougtor Doug Holmes (@TheDougtor) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Odd thing has happened to my broadband - certain sites have become unavailable. If I use my phone to view them, they work, but if I'm connected via Wi-Fi, I get the following: Web page not available net: ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR How do I fix this?
