@ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

@ThreeUKSupport The signal hasn’t been great since Thursday morning and 3G isn’t much better due to the Mifi hub being indoors

Not that you didn’t know, but I gotta say absolutely awful customer service @ThreeUK - advisors hanging up, playing music while chatting to their pals instead of replying to you on the phone, miscommunication between departments.. looking for a new provider now! #badservice

@ThreeUKSupport Thank you, but it's OK, I don't really need to use it at home. Just wanted to make you aware the network is struggling around these parts

@ThreeUK do you have any plans to improve signal around Midlothian & Edinburgh? I get 1 bar max, and despite saying I have a 4G connection nothing loads. If nothing changes I'll be forced to change providers.

Horrendous lack of customer service from @ThreeUKSupport completely faceless and unwilling if to provide support despite an issue being their error. I would appreciate a message back.

@ThreeUKSupport This doesn’t address any of the issues raised by the Swiss. Sorry. You know the risks but you’re only interested in £$€. The problem is, your greed is my risk.

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport The reason 5th Generation (5G) technology is dangerous is because its signal is RF Radiation. There are hundreds of peer reviewed scientific studies linking RF Radiation to DNA damage and cancer (see Scientific Studies).

@ThreeUKSupport Good customer services is not telling someone with covid, who is working from home with a five mile black out on services. To just travel outside that five miles then. A person who wouldn’t have had covid if they had been working from home not constantly travelling for service.
-
Ralph Hardwick
(@thewisdomofh) reported
@ThreeUKSupport I can, but it's a brand new phone and I have never been a three customer before 2 days ago so I won't have any cookies on my laptop and it was my first time loading the three app on the new phone.
-
Sarah Beth James/Lucinda Greyhaven
(@wickedwitchgal) reported
@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Lousy company. No loyalty to its long term customers of six years. Refuses to fix tech issues where a five mile radius has constant signal drops. Just tells customer to travel outside the five miles or cancel their contract. Because they do not feel there is a issue. #clowns
-
Thomas Evans ♿

@C2Henry The network provider is @ThreeUK but it is done under Smarty. They are monthly rolling contracts so you can quit or adjust anytime depending on what you need from one month to the next.
-
Catherine
(@purplecastlecat) reported
@ThreeUKSupport How much longer do I have to wait for Three to get their service up and running again? When there is no fibre available and rural areas are relying on WiFi, you cannot give me a date when the problem will be fixed, so I can't work. Simple as that.
-
Mark Pritchard
(@markgpritchard) reported
@ThreeUKSupport Hi Chris, The reason I was suspicious is that when I took out my contract, your team seemed really careful in making sure I didn't pay for more data than I needed. I was surprised you're now calling to offer me more data when I never come close to exceeding my allowance
-
Ryan O’Neill

@ThreeUKSupport For over a year now, I've found that mobile data consistently doesn't work at all within Stratford station (E15 1AZ), even though 4G signal strength is high. Maybe an ongoing capacity issue? Are you able to look into this? Thanks.
