    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been the entire week. Even on 3G it’s very patchy and doesn’t really work despite there apparently being signal. When I load WhatsApp it can take up to 10-15 mins to connect. This is my work postcode. It’s the Scottish Government’s Victoria Quay building.

    @ThreeUK do you have any plans to improve signal around Midlothian & Edinburgh? I get 1 bar max, and despite saying I have a 4G connection nothing loads. If nothing changes I'll be forced to change providers.

    Not that you didn’t know, but I gotta say absolutely awful customer service @ThreeUK - advisors hanging up, playing music while chatting to their pals instead of replying to you on the phone, miscommunication between departments.. looking for a new provider now! #badservice

    @ThreeUK the AI cube is rubbish keeps losing signal every day multiple times a day. I'm not paying for a service that isn't upto par.

    @ThreeUKSupport Ch5 1an was just also at ch7 3ge where screenshot was 4g was good signal. Iphone xr latest ios 14.5.1 have done latest network update too. The speed isnt sufficient for what im paying and its not a new thing its been poor for a while now.

    @ThreeUKSupport 4.9% You knew about this since Oct 2020 and we were never informed by your colleagues. “We value your loyalty with us” is false. Every 2 years upgrading my phone with the best plan and we were never informed that a month later the price was going to be increased for both of us
