These questions to “help you” obviously don’t make any difference as it’s still the same deal being offered when I moved the last one. 2/2

Your unlimited mobile data home WiFi has an woefully inadequate signal at the best of times, but today it's dropping out every few mins & not even registering on a speed test. Not ideal when WFH!

At home even though the signal strength is between 50% - 75% I never got a decent speed. I've opened many requests for the technical support to check that but nothing changed so far.

There are no updates pending and I've restarted the machine (again!), but now I'm being told that there's no Internet connection over WiFi. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
