    @ThreeUK what an awful start to my sim only contract. Number not transferred over when it was meant to and to make matters worse I was being charged for a week that I hadn’t even used! I have cancelled the contract now - such a shame that your staff can’t listen to reason!

    @chrishorn1978 @ThreeUK 3 don’t sell boosters anymore mate. Besides, mobile operator signal boosters work by being plugged into a router. You can buy generic cell signal boosters but these are expensive and require installation of external antennae and running coaxial cable to a repeater indoors

    @ThreeUKSupport I wouldn’t expect you to be able to access customer accounts over Twitter!!! As I said, I *was* unable to use my SIM for a week. Past tense. It’s working now, very happy with network performance, very unhappy it took nearly a week to transfer, and no Visual Voicemail.

    Sick to the teeth of @ThreeUK’s service! Rarely get full signal, ‘faster’ data connection on 3G compared to 4G, and lets not forget the shocking GPS connections. How can you not find where you are when in major places like Sunderland, York, Nottingham, Peterborough etc. Terrible.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had bad signal for months , but at it’s worse the past two days. I would like to end my contract. You can have the phone back. The signal is appalling and for £60 a month it’s not worth it.
