@ThreeUKSupport I did have a long and exhaustive chat...it got me nowhere except to put up my blood pressure. To be quite honest, your service has got worse in our locality over the twelve years we’ve lived there. One might hope it would have improved. Now it’s failed altogether.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. This is correct. I dont know why three told me i had access till 19th and i dont. Surely it my data and no hastle to you if i check my bill? Also, three have promised to send by post other bills for other numbers and never received

@BNogood @ThreeUK @SamsungUK @GadgetsBoy Lucky you. I’ve been with them about 14 years. Service used to be good but in parts of Oxford now, I can’t even place a call, never mind access data. We don’t live in the middle of nowhere. I would expect better.

@ThreeUKSupport Your service in my area has been this lousy since July. I scrapped my contract with you for my iPad sim and switched to Vodafone. I’m still paying off my iPhone but will leave soon as it’s paid. My wife has left you for O2. Good service from both O2 & Vodafone

@ThreeUKSupport So here in Oxford OX2 7AH I have no working phone signal. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

@ThreeUK this will be the third time I'm ringing and if another agent tells me one more time that they can't hear me because of your network, I will cancel all 4 of my direct debits, yes that's 4 mobile contracts tomorrow morning.

@ThreeUK To all mobile broadband / mobile data customers, apparently 2mb per second is an acceptable speed ... I have had it out multiple times with 3 and they will not accept there is an issue. I even explained that I have walked up to their mast and still get the same results.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, it was a year ago if not longer when I spoke to someone. No options were given as it wasn’t an issue with my phone but your network. A small monthly discount was applied to my bill but I’d much rather be paying in full for a service/network that works & works well.
