No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. I am unable to log onto my NHS responder app and can’t even complete a voice call. 3 days in a row. I’ve tried all your usual remedies. Useless. Thank goodness I can use my wife’s @VodafoneUK iPad.

To be quite honest, your service has got worse in our locality over the twelve years we’ve lived there. One might hope it would have improved. Now it’s failed altogether.

I scrapped my contract with you for my iPad sim and switched to Vodafone. I’m still paying off my iPhone but will leave soon as it’s paid. My wife has left you for O2. Good service from both O2 & Vodafone
