@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUK - Hello ‘3’! My Contract has run its term. I’ve tried variously to terminate my account. I recently stopped my Direct Debit in your favour to prevent more funds being misdirected. Yet I’ve received this - “Overdue Balance on your Three Account”! Please sort urgently?

I hope you never have to try and blacklist a stolen handset with @ThreeUK . We're at 5 days and counting waiting for proof of blacklisting. Escalated to complaints team and told "within 24 hours" four days running now.
