@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

@ThreeUKSupport is there a reason my mobile data/signal doesn’t work as well when I’m on the train? This seems to be a problem many complain about so I know it’s not my phone. The rest of my family are with vodafone and never have issues with their signal
