@ThreeUKSupport not happy three👎, I came to work today as a driver for Amazon. Tried logging into the delivery app to find out there is no network, now I have been laid off for the day losing me £135.00, I expect compensation 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Already spent to long talking to both three and dpd about this issue. No one willing/able to resolve (even now you’re suggesting I contact your carrier to resolve). Zero ownership from both three and dpd has resulted in me cancelling order. Thanks for interest but case closed.

A member of staff at @ThreeUK has done a fraudulent contract under my name and instead of resolving my complaint they just hang up each time I call. If you're thinking of going with Three, go to Vodaphone instead cause I wish I did!!!!! @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

@digitalkitten @ThreeUK You can't upgrade to 5G. If your phone is 5g ready, you can use the 5g network if you're in an area that covers it. You pay for 3g only on any network.

@ThreeUKSupport I can’t remember if I was told that, only that my account would be credited. I assumed it would be this month’s as it was then that I had no signal. The last bill I got for the old account was up to 17/11/20, the day the signal was lost. This bill covers up to 1/12/20.
