I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3

    Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

    @ThreeUKSupport Speak to the bereavement team.. who can apparently close the account and nothing else. Your accounts team need to get a grip of this. You can't be charging vulnerable people without any communication or checks for a service they are neither consuming or receiving

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I did, the signal strength seems ok but seems to be poor from a performance and I agree his can always be possible, but the store want customer service to run diagnostics that I’ve gone through with tech support and are ending up delaying the cancellation which isn’t great

    @ThreeUK is an absolute joke of a service. Part 4: I was then told their technical team was working on it and they’d have it fixed in a few days. This was 5 days ago. No follow up. No resolution.
