    @ThreeUKSupport Hi There is a problem with the camera. A solution maybe a new screen £125 (unless it’s found to be moisture in which case game over) Apple verified first use on 26 Dec. I would have expected @ThreeUK to honour the guarantee period from then. Yr branch manager looked embarrassed

    @ThreeUK How long until you sort your app out re payments?? Always says payment failed as not a UK address then make it again, still failed then it will work...check bank and been charged at least twice. Happened 4 times I’ve used this app to pay. Well known issue as staff aware.

    When you pay for @ThreeUK data passport but get stung with an additional £207 of charges anyway. And then you’re asked to wait 48 hours to see if they might be able to waiver the charges you never should have got. Wonderful welcome home.... cheers @threeuk
