@ThreeUK I had a call from a guy with a dense and inarticulate South Indian accent insisting he needed to send me a new SIM or I would be kicked off the network - I kept him busy for a good 15 minutes politely reiterating his instructions - was it a scam?

  • madonskis
Angie W (@madonskis) reported from Swinford, England

@johnh59 @ThreeUK No one else offer a better service I assume? I’ve always been with Vodafone and they’ve updated all their masts over the past few years and I get a signal practically anywhere now.

@VodafoneUK @EE @O2 @ThreeUK The problem here is that most of the thick pricks doing this can't read. Or don't trust mobile phones so won't be on twitter....

@ThreeUKSupport Coverage is absolutely fine in terms of signal strength. It’s speed that’s the issue. Unfortunately I don’t. It worked fine for years and now it doesn’t. With you guys now not being the only ones w/ unlimited data, I’ll be leaving once contract is up.

  • melissaedden
Melissa (@melissaedden) reported from Atherstone, England

Shocker, @ThreeUK is down AGAIN good thing I don’t need to go anywhere today as I can’t use anything unless I’m on WiFi 🙃🙂

@ThreeUK emailed today to say a price increase, link to new options, matched price as of today for double the GB. Selected and it went up. Spoke to Darren at 3 and got it for lower than today. @CelticFC fans not all that bad, spoke @kierantierney1 he said he might 😭 👍🏼👍🏼

  • hey_itsyuni

@ThreeUKSupport Can I just say, your signal has been really ******* **** lately. Tried to make a call for a medical purpose just now, the other person can’t hear me because I keep breaking up and it was an important call. So thank you.👍🏼

@ThreeUKSupport can someone tell me how I can make a complaint seen as your online agent clearly doesn’t want to reply to me

  • JadeThinksALot
    🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🍉 Jade 🇵🇸 (@JadeThinksALot) reported

@ThreeUK won’t be keeping me as a customer. Reception is crap and the Nero coffee was the one redeemer. Now it’s £2 and can only claim within the hour, if you wait too long all the codes are gone. Useless.

  • IchBinLucee
    🦄 (@IchBinLucee) reported

@ThreeUK bro, why is the caffe nero reward activated immediately and then needs to be used in an hour??? Change it back wtf

  • ROSS_G3LL3R
    naomi (@ROSS_G3LL3R) reported

@ThreeUK is there a reason why I pay for unlimited everything and have paid for my go roam passes for you to not let me use them? Really helpful when I’m driving across Italy without anyway of mapping or googling locations. As a customer of 18 years I’m not very happy

  • omnishredder_
    Omni (@omnishredder_) reported

@ThreeUK random query, after putting my current SIM in my mifi device I bought, would it be cheaper to have a SIM only for calls and texts and one purely for data or stick with the one SIM? Existing customer on SIM only roughly £30 a month

  • ivanrosadev
    ivan (@ivanrosadev) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK wtf that’s an insane thing to do with so many important things relying on 2fa via sms, which by the way I hate

  • scriptwren
    B (@scriptwren) reported

@UniversalExile @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I have found them awful - left as soon as I could

  • bearded_courier
    the_bearded_courier 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 (@bearded_courier) reported

And for the previous 22 days you will have charged me £9.88. How on earth does this make any sense what so ever. So now instead of keeping me as a customer I will be moving all four of these plans to another network. Seems 20+ years of loyalty means zip in the world of @ThreeUK

  • jle2386
    Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported

@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
