Claire💙 (@Claire_Robbo81) reported from Coventry, EnglandBit of advice for anyone selling an old mobile phone. DON’T USE Envirofone, Music Magpie… Sell it direct to your service provider or the manufacturer ( Apple, Samsung etc). These companies tried to give me £35 for an immaculate iPhone XR. @ThreeUK gave me £154! Don’t get conned

Y U N I (@hey_itsyuni) reported from Warwickshire, England@ThreeUKSupport Can I just say, your signal has been really ******* **** lately. Tried to make a call for a medical purpose just now, the other person can’t hear me because I keep breaking up and it was an important call. So thank you.👍🏼
-
Graeme Mulvaney (@web_bod) reported from Coventry, England@ThreeUK I had a call from a guy with a dense and inarticulate South Indian accent insisting he needed to send me a new SIM or I would be kicked off the network - I kept him busy for a good 15 minutes politely reiterating his instructions - was it a scam?
-
James Colley (@GingerJC89) reported from Coventry, England@ThreeUKSupport can you provide me any help? I’m currently experiencing terrible phone service in my local area!

Glenn (@glennworth) reported from Narborough, England@VodafoneUK @EE @O2 @ThreeUK The problem here is that most of the thick pricks doing this can't read. Or don't trust mobile phones so won't be on twitter....

Carl Lenton (@the_carl_lenton) reported from Nuneaton, England@ThreeUKSupport I see your ads about your network coverage, specifically what is being done to increase 5g coverage in Nuneaton, Warwickshire?
-
Rich Bishop (@richbishop) reported from Cawston, England@ThreeUKSupport Next bill is tomorrow, but, you sent me a text this morning to say you can't cancel it (contrary to the message you sent on 31st Jan - where you also compensated me for last time you failed)
-
James Colley (@GingerJC89) reported from Coventry, England@ThreeUKSupport This has been an issue for a while now. Phone calls will drop out and the quality of them otherwise is terrible. I don’t really text and signal for internet use is just as bad as the signal for phone calls and is never consistent when it does work. My postcode is CV5 6HF
-
Dylan Parrin (@dylanparrin) reported from Coventry, England@ThreeUKSupport Coverage is absolutely fine in terms of signal strength. It’s speed that’s the issue. Unfortunately I don’t. It worked fine for years and now it doesn’t. With you guys now not being the only ones w/ unlimited data, I’ll be leaving once contract is up.
-

-
GIFTSpromo (@Gpromo_UK) reported@ThreeUK "Life Needs a Big Network" You're right, when exactly are you going to actually provide it?
-
Whisperity (@whisperity) reported@IMAC2 @robj3d3 @ThreeUK Check if your provider supports VoWiFi, and enable it for your number if you haven't already. Go into airplane mode. Enable VoWiFi, and connect to a WiFi network. Wait a few minutes for your phone to authenticate over the Internet into your home company's core network.
-
Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reported@LycamobileUK @iD_Mobile_UK @ThreeUK All in all next time instead of paying £26 pm for ID Mobile, I'll just put my £26+5 pm on a different provider next time and never be swindled by low prices from jokemen ever again.
-
Matt Stannard (@mattstannard) reported@ThreeUK - are there any outages in the Ipswich area? Zero 5G service on my phone, and as seems to be the norm across Suffolk the 4G service is flakier than snow. Does the hot weather prevent 4G/5G signals working as well?
-
Olly (@helloitsolly) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK @GoRoamless Does that mean if you were on holiday for 2 months and didn't use it, they would also cancel? Seems odd Either way, Roamless will be very useful to have if you continue to travel as it's esim, works everywhere, does text and does calls
-
Ateeb (@NawazAteeb) reported@ThreeUKSupport just when I think your network can’t get any worse, you find new ways to lower the bar. The UK’s worse network. Your marketing team sends emails showing how clueless you are
