@johnh59 @ThreeUK No one else offer a better service I assume? I’ve always been with Vodafone and they’ve updated all their masts over the past few years and I get a signal practically anywhere now.

@ThreeUK is the worst network with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve told them 20 times about my internet speed and I’ve had every excuse you could imagine now when I call up they put be on hold and the call cuts off every time other people have told me the same 😡

@ThreeUKSupport Tried to report an issue with my wifi (lack of) Turning my wifi off kills calls too One of your agents cut me off The other messaged me back On live chat went to see what network I was on and that killed the live chat. Has been confirmed bad signal in my area

Bit of advice for anyone selling an old mobile phone. DON’T USE Envirofone, Music Magpie… Sell it direct to your service provider or the manufacturer ( Apple, Samsung etc). These companies tried to give me £35 for an immaculate iPhone XR. @ThreeUK gave me £154! Don’t get conned

@m_whitehouse87 @ThreeUK Put your number/s on a no sales call register, it’s free, as soon I say I am on a call protection register, all companies hang up and remove me from there database as they get fined big numbers if they breach the code.

@ThreeUKSupport This has been an issue for a while now. Phone calls will drop out and the quality of them otherwise is terrible. I don’t really text and signal for internet use is just as bad as the signal for phone calls and is never consistent when it does work. My postcode is CV5 6HF

Dear @ThreeUKSupport I have tried everything. Resetting settings, resetting APN, changing sim card slot but no luck in terms of internet. It just shows 4G but no internet. Please help me. I cannot use my internet outside anymore. Please.

@ThreeUKSupport In the house on WiFi. Three signal drops altogether and both mine and hubby’s phone goes to WiFi calls only. Get a full signal outside of house, slightly better upstairs and only one bar downstairs. Some calls and breaking up/electronic sound. Always had full bars.

@ThreeUK our mobile phone mast has recently been moved from a block of flats due to be demolished to elsewhere. Three signal is now almost non existent in my area (affecting extended family). Can anyone@look into if the mast will be relocated? TS17 area.
