    90 minutes in the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and got nowhere, other than stressed and angry at the really awful service. So tempted to ditch my accounts and move to someone else. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now.

    Dear @ThreeUKSupport I have tried everything. Resetting settings, resetting APN, changing sim card slot but no luck in terms of internet. It just shows 4G but no internet. Please help me. I cannot use my internet outside anymore. Please.

    @jesuiscanard @ThreeUK Never had an outage with virgin broadband and recieve down load speeds of over 100 meg

    @ThreeUKSupport Find me a live chat service that works, or a number where I'm not on hold for 30 minutes, and I'll do it. So far you've failed to do either of those. Next option - you leave me no choice but to start making official complaints and look into legal action for breach of contract

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes my account is active and monies went out couple of days ago. I spoke to youur customers services agen 2 hours ago all is fine. This an issue going back atleast 6 months with no resolution. It's got to a point where I terminated my account today.

    @Mr_Bluue007 @ThreeUK My problems started during my previous contract but was advised by them that the 5G disruption would be over by Feb 2020. Lies it's never ended.
