90 minutes in the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and got nowhere, other than stressed and angry at the really awful service. So tempted to ditch my accounts and move to someone else. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now.

@ThreeUK is the worst network with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve told them 20 times about my internet speed and I’ve had every excuse you could imagine now when I call up they put be on hold and the call cuts off every time other people have told me the same 😡

So @ThreeUKSupport it appears it's all your fault. It seems you needed to re-register the email account I have been using for years and which your system quite happily sent reset emails to. Emails that would never work. And which generated the useless error message. Wankers.

@ThreeUKSupport which number is for complaints please? Its been 37 hours with no signal because my sim card has been turned off I have no Internet texts or calls & been told this is normal & to wait for new sim It's never happened with any other upgrade I've had.
