    @ThreeUKSupport Technically I’m the new owner of the handset, with my boss’s details account wise and with his help it’s still technically a Three issue, don’t try and blind me with science, still not an Apple issue

    @ThreeUKSupport le1 1re, but I had the same issues 50 miles away from here yesterday too. Live chat said there were issues in the area due to upgrades, but I have friends on the network in the same building with same device - no issues for them

    @markshaw @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK When I got my last iPhone the lady at O2 told me they don't lock their phones any more. Not sure if that's true or applies to all. You could get a SIM from a friend on another network and try it.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK not happy with the service provided by your company. Try to upgrade to a new phone. Went out of my way to go to a store to be advised your systems are down. I tried yesterday so I have been trying for 2 days now. New @Apple launchCan’t take part. #unhappy

    @ThreeUKSupport I did, I rang both of you, my boss himself gave details of his account passwords and you still weren’t having it because you call centres in Mumbai don’t understand CONSUMER LAW as you don’t, hence why I would NEVER recommend your company

    @ThreeUKSupport OMG, and this is why I would never ever become a Three customer, please please please read CONSUMER LAW FFS, my boss didn’t PURCHASE the handset from @Apple, it’s not and @Apple issue, it’s A FECKING THREE ISSUE,

    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @ThreeUK What a great thing to offer,but if you cannot get a signal in the U.K. what makes you think your going to get a signal in Ukraine? My advice is if you want to call Ukraine use a better provider

    @ThreeUKSupport So I was the going to pay off my last 3 months with yourselves around £200 and have the S21 ultra on a new contract. However 1 week later S22Ultra came out so I have sent my S21 ultra back to mobile phones direct and cancel that contract to open a new one.

    @bearz1066 @O2 @ThreeUK been with them for over 10 yrs no one can come close on price Never had any signal issues travelling up and down the country, usually works where my work phone doesn’t, that’s on a gamma sim meant to pick up either EE, Vodafone or o2 whichever is stronger.

    Had a bloke on @ThreeUK live chat offer me an “exclusive deal” for my over 15 years of using their service. I checked the numbers and he was offering me a deal for the exact same price as new customers are being offered, just with the monthly costs altered slightly. Con artists!!

    @ThreeUKSupport why is my mobile internet getting progressively slower? Tortoise is faster than my internet. It’s awful, I have connect to my phone many times because internet is so awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport It's fine O2 and mobilephonesdirect are happy to take care of me, I would of expected some sort of customer /sales retention effort but none for a customer who's last contract was over £1500 just a recommendation for managers to look into your process.
