Live chat said there were issues in the area due to upgrades, but I have friends on the network in the same building with same device - no issues for them

I’ve told them 20 times about my internet speed and I’ve had every excuse you could imagine now when I call up they put be on hold and the call cuts off every time other people have told me the same 😡

I’m tethering off a friends phone currently so I would like to get this fixed ASAP as I’m using his data!

Phone shows full bars with a 5G signal, yet no mobile data. Call call someone fine, just an issue with data. Any known issues?
