@ThreeUKSupport 0.5mb for nearly 36 hours! Having to go to Mum's house to do my banking and online shopping. Call handler told me "working on mast in my area". Service checker says no problems. To make it even worse, my mobile phone has run out of data allowance because of it.

@ThreeUK instead of music festivals, get your core business right first, 0.5mb Internet for the last 48hours! Call handlers say they're working in the area, service checker says no issue. 4 devices rendered useless. Starlink ordered, has to be better that this.

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, I’ve restarted my phone, turned mobile data off for 5 mins and turned it back on, tried 4G, I’ve even disconnected from the 3 network and rejoined, still no luck. I’m tethering off a friends phone currently so I would like to get this fixed ASAP as I’m using his data!

Hi @ThreeUKSupport I have no mobile data currently, had this issue in Birmingham earlier today and I’m now in Leicester will the same problem. Phone shows full bars with a 5G signal, yet no mobile data. Call call someone fine, just an issue with data. Any known issues?

@ThreeUKSupport Tried to report an issue with my wifi (lack of) Turning my wifi off kills calls too One of your agents cut me off The other messaged me back On live chat went to see what network I was on and that killed the live chat. Has been confirmed bad signal in my area

What a bullshit service by @ThreeUK.Executives are laughing on call when the issue is described.I was transfred on call 8 times to various departments and everyone was like Im not from this dept for a PAC req.Such a classless and sub standard brand is Three.Highly not recommended

@ThreeUKSupport after my contract finishes I’m defo not going back to your network, your admin for billing is atrocious, contacting the wife and hassling her for a contract in my name, a phone that the daughter has not used in over 12 months and the final bill was paid days ago

@cjlow_ @ThreeUKSupport Never told me what speed it should be all I’ve been told by them is turn 4G off because it doesn’t work. Nightmare when we’re paying for 2 phones and WiFi with them at £130 a month. We can barely even stream Netflix

@ThreeUKSupport Yes it’s all paid up (still in the first month!) been working 100% till late last night. It works a little after a restart and then just stops working. All indicator lights show it’s working fine with signal no errors.

looks like im done with @VOXImobile unless they can sort a few things out. Pricing, speed, and quite a few more issues, gave @ThreeUK unlimited a try and its cheaper, several hundred megabits faster... Anything you plan to do to speed things up Voxi?
