    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @ThreeUKSupport Technically I’m the new owner of the handset, with my boss’s details account wise and with his help it’s still technically a Three issue, don’t try and blind me with science, still not an Apple issue

    @ThreeUKSupport OMG, and this is why I would never ever become a Three customer, please please please read CONSUMER LAW FFS, my boss didn’t PURCHASE the handset from @Apple, it’s not and @Apple issue, it’s A FECKING THREE ISSUE,

    @cjlow_ @ThreeUKSupport Never told me what speed it should be all I’ve been told by them is turn 4G off because it doesn’t work. Nightmare when we’re paying for 2 phones and WiFi with them at £130 a month. We can barely even stream Netflix

    What a bullshit service by @ThreeUK.Executives are laughing on call when the issue is described.I was transfred on call 8 times to various departments and everyone was like Im not from this dept for a PAC req.Such a classless and sub standard brand is Three.Highly not recommended

    @ThreeUK easily has the worst service in the U.K. I’m sat in a parking lot in my car b can’t even get 4g...gps won’t load...had to come into WiFi just to send this tweet smh...fix up @ThreeUK

    Hi @ThreeUKSupport I have no mobile data currently, had this issue in Birmingham earlier today and I’m now in Leicester will the same problem. Phone shows full bars with a 5G signal, yet no mobile data. Call call someone fine, just an issue with data. Any known issues?

    @ThreeUKSupport le1 1re, but I had the same issues 50 miles away from here yesterday too. Live chat said there were issues in the area due to upgrades, but I have friends on the network in the same building with same device - no issues for them

    @ThreeUK why have you billed me for 5–6 months of line rental after I cancelled my SIM and moved my number to Vodafone? Now I “owe” £190+ due to your error. Take responsibility and fix this.

    @ThreeUKSupport customer support on live chat is shocking. SIM card didn’t arrive in the envelope, so contacted as it says on the envelope, and will not send a replacement due to “incurring the credit limit” I have said it didn’t arrive, so nobody should be spending any money!

    @ThreeUK Phone stolen and had a new SIM that I can't activate, because I need an OTP sent to the number to login to MyThree account! Poor user experience. How can you guys not have figured this out?

    Three (@ThreeUK) absolutely the worst customer service I've experienced. Just cut me off on business chat, previously useless in store and online. Constantly promised calls that do not materialize. Absolute joke...

    @ThreeUK absolutely disgraceful service, cancelled order due to fraud, despite everything the same as my last order! Now I have to wait 3 months! Complaint department can't actually answer questions or doesnt resolve anything! Disgusting service
