Phone shows full bars with a 5G signal, yet no mobile data. Call call someone fine, just an issue with data. Any known issues?

I’m tethering off a friends phone currently so I would like to get this fixed ASAP as I’m using his data!

That’s roughly £289 MILLION additional revenue just from the UK alone.
