@ThreeUK is the worst network with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve told them 20 times about my internet speed and I’ve had every excuse you could imagine now when I call up they put be on hold and the call cuts off every time other people have told me the same 😡

@cjlow_ @ThreeUKSupport Never told me what speed it should be all I’ve been told by them is turn 4G off because it doesn’t work. Nightmare when we’re paying for 2 phones and WiFi with them at £130 a month. We can barely even stream Netflix

I’ve been a customer of @ThreeUK for at least 15 years & pay for 4 contracts. Today’s experience of using @ThreeUKSupport may well be my last. Contract renewals should be easy & rewarding, loyalty should pay & promises should be kept. Deeply disheartening.
