@ThreeUK emailed today to say a price increase, link to new options, matched price as of today for double the GB. Selected and it went up. Spoke to Darren at 3 and got it for lower than today. @CelticFC fans not all that bad, spoke @kierantierney1 he said he might 😭 👍🏼👍🏼

@ThreeUKSupport le1 1re, but I had the same issues 50 miles away from here yesterday too. Live chat said there were issues in the area due to upgrades, but I have friends on the network in the same building with same device - no issues for them

@ThreeUKSupport I did, I rang both of you, my boss himself gave details of his account passwords and you still weren’t having it because you call centres in Mumbai don’t understand CONSUMER LAW as you don’t, hence why I would NEVER recommend your company

@ThreeUKSupport No, unfortunately there is no work around, none of our phones have wi-fi calling switching to 2G/3G doesn't work there is 0 signal. An idea when the mast will be back? It's affecting a large area.

@ThreeUKSupport full bars on 4G in Swansea city centre, nothing loads or sends. 3G and 5G work fine. I've had my SIM swapped because of this problem before, but it still keeps happening.

@ThreeUKSupport Still No signal in Cw9 7De. All four of us in our house are on three and have no signal. Yesterday I was told their was no problem but the signal checker thing said their was, now its saying no problems but their clearly is. I need my phone for work.

@ThreeUKSupport That i would be contacted in 15 days today they wanted me to send an email with my identity on which I refused under the circumstances yes apparently somewhere in the Sheffield area I am getting debt collection notices the call centre are of no help
