  @cjlow_ @ThreeUKSupport Never told me what speed it should be all I’ve been told by them is turn 4G off because it doesn’t work. Nightmare when we’re paying for 2 phones and WiFi with them at £130 a month. We can barely even stream Netflix

  @ThreeUKSupport le1 1re, but I had the same issues 50 miles away from here yesterday too. Live chat said there were issues in the area due to upgrades, but I have friends on the network in the same building with same device - no issues for them

  @ThreeUK might of sent me a text asking me to rate my conversation with support last night. When I replied 0 I was advised it was a toll number, shows as 72223 so I think its a scam, don not respond to these. If it is a genuine Three message then ill terminate my contract now.

  Just a heads up to all, Due to terrible customer support from @ThreeUK my mobile phone is now out of commission, they offer a load of promises by refuse to confirm there promises in writing or email or even text. A promise like that holds no value to a customer.
