@ThreeUKSupport Coverage is absolutely fine in terms of signal strength. It’s speed that’s the issue. Unfortunately I don’t. It worked fine for years and now it doesn’t. With you guys now not being the only ones w/ unlimited data, I’ll be leaving once contract is up.

@ThreeUK emailed today to say a price increase, link to new options, matched price as of today for double the GB. Selected and it went up. Spoke to Darren at 3 and got it for lower than today. @CelticFC fans not all that bad, spoke @kierantierney1 he said he might 😭 👍🏼👍🏼

90 minutes in the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and got nowhere, other than stressed and angry at the really awful service. So tempted to ditch my accounts and move to someone else. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now.

@ThreeUK please please please can you sort out the data speeds on whatever tower feeds Rugby Train Station. I’ve been reporting it for weeks and it’s still not fixed. It’s incredibly slow and frustrating.

So on Monday @ThreeUK customer support assured me my 3 roaming abroad account would be open within 4 hours. I still have no network and now I can’t do my passenger locator form to re-enter the UK as they verify account via text + everytime I try contact 3, the chat ends 🥴🥴🥴

@ThreeUKSupport That does not resolve the issue. The problem is too many people are using the internet at peak times on my mast. Can you not increase capacity in EH6 at peak times? It's fine during the day, then crashes when people get home from work, which is when I work :/

@ThreeUKSupport Done that - still the same problem. When I logged in via PC, I can see the outage message at the top of the page with my data allowance etc underneath. In the app, it’s just the outage message and I can’t scroll down to see anything else.

Spent nearly two hours last night on chat trying to cancel a @ThreeUK service. Appalling. Made intentionally very difficult. Ended up begging the operator to just cancel - at least 30 times!!! This was after I thought I’d already cancelled via the app
