    @ThreeUK I had a call from a guy with a dense and inarticulate South Indian accent insisting he needed to send me a new SIM or I would be kicked off the network - I kept him busy for a good 15 minutes politely reiterating his instructions - was it a scam?

    @ThreeUK is the worst network with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve told them 20 times about my internet speed and I’ve had every excuse you could imagine now when I call up they put be on hold and the call cuts off every time other people have told me the same 😡

    Bit of advice for anyone selling an old mobile phone. DON’T USE Envirofone, Music Magpie… Sell it direct to your service provider or the manufacturer ( Apple, Samsung etc). These companies tried to give me £35 for an immaculate iPhone XR. @ThreeUK gave me £154! Don’t get conned

    @m_whitehouse87 @ThreeUK Put your number/s on a no sales call register, it’s free, as soon I say I am on a call protection register, all companies hang up and remove me from there database as they get fined big numbers if they breach the code.

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried to report an issue with my wifi (lack of) Turning my wifi off kills calls too One of your agents cut me off The other messaged me back On live chat went to see what network I was on and that killed the live chat. Has been confirmed bad signal in my area

    @ThreeUKSupport This has been an issue for a while now. Phone calls will drop out and the quality of them otherwise is terrible. I don’t really text and signal for internet use is just as bad as the signal for phone calls and is never consistent when it does work. My postcode is CV5 6HF

    @ThreeUKSupport absolutely shocking customer service! Trying to set a dd up for my daughters old contract as she’s tried 100x and never gets anywhere.. and the debt gets bigger because nobody can help her just spoke to someone on the chat to be told can’t set one up wtf confused!

    @ThreeUKSupport having trouble making calls, only last a minute or two and signal drops out, same with 4g ,DT4 9AU, area? 48 hour problem now, any longer and I'll seek compensation for failure of service
