@ThreeUKSupport after my contract finishes I’m defo not going back to your network, your admin for billing is atrocious, contacting the wife and hassling her for a contract in my name, a phone that the daughter has not used in over 12 months and the final bill was paid days ago

@ThreeUK instead of music festivals, get your core business right first, 0.5mb Internet for the last 48hours! Call handlers say they're working in the area, service checker says no issue. 4 devices rendered useless. Starlink ordered, has to be better that this.

@ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

Would NOT recommend @ThreeUK at ALL. The three store didn’t cancel my account correctly and now I have to pay so much money because of THEIR mistake. Absolutely ridiculous. What a sad money making scheme.

@ThreeUKSupport My contract is coming up for renewal and my phone has stopped ringing, nor can i get into my account. Customer Service was helpful but useless, and i have given up trying to get into my account. I shall not be renewing my contract unless your service improves.

@ThreeUKSupport I did not pay by card as well, the money was taken by direct debit. I was refused an immediate refund for the extra money taken in breach of the Direct Debit Guarantee. I was also promised a return call from your billing dept. which I never received

@ThreeUKSupport It is a rip off. 😡 Customers who can pass a credit check can get unlimited data for £10 for 6 months then £20 after month 7 but customers like me who have bad credit have to pay £35 per month on pay and go for unlimited data. You need to sort it.

@ThreeUK so disappointed in the service. Phone upgraded on 14th November and still not working. I’ve been hung up on countless times and keep getting told it will be sorted in 24hrs, in 48hrs. Gordon from your Customer Relations team in Glasgow is the only one taking ownership
