@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

just left @ThreeUK after ~10yrs and this is probably the best decision I've ever made. Probably the worst and most useless customer service (before/after? @virginmedia, which I also left a few months ago).Plenty more regulations are needed to stop them sucking people's money 👋

@ThreeUK So you said that only new customers and customers upgrading their contracts after October 2021 would lose the Go Roam benefit. Yet are forcing an upgrade on my contract? When it’s not even been 12 months. So you can get rid of my Go Roam. Terrible service

@ThreeUK contract ran out start of last month, reveived no contact to upgrade/switch My plan, still taking £80 out my account twice even tho I've switch onto £21 sim only? Customer service live chat won't do anything as its not up to them to contact? Moving abit mad if you ask me

@ThreeUKSupport No, I can't because you send an OTP to my mobile number...which is lost. The form did work, but your Support will not confirm the address you have on file as I don't know my memorable word. It's possible I hadn't updated my address with you when I moved last year
