    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

    @johnh59 @ThreeUK No one else offer a better service I assume? I’ve always been with Vodafone and they’ve updated all their masts over the past few years and I get a signal practically anywhere now.

    @ThreeUKSupport im trying to access the new plans section on the app as my minimum term ends soon but the app crashed and now says ‘oops! somethings gone wrong, try again later’ is this a problem your end or mine?

    @ThreeUKSupport after my contract finishes I’m defo not going back to your network, your admin for billing is atrocious, contacting the wife and hassling her for a contract in my name, a phone that the daughter has not used in over 12 months and the final bill was paid days ago

    @ThreeUK hi three I bought a samsung a12 and I cannot get my data working properly on it. It is a real hit and miss. The quality of data is also very poor. Please recommend what to or I'll have to change provider at this rate. @SamsungMobile

    @ThreeUKSupport So why is the @ThreeUK signal full on just along the road in Folkestone, but absolute shite in Hythe (2 miles down the road). I went and got an o2 sim only which is working great in Hythe. #ByeByeThree. Your service is utter 🐕💩 @ThreeUKSupport

    @tsilva3 @ChelseaFC Three network are an awful network provider. Can't believe Chelsea chose the worst network provider of all time after Vodafone. Change the sponsorship. Chelsea fans deserve better than @ThreeUK

    I’m at @ThreeUK store for a replacement sim for my faulty pay as you go sim I got from the airport for which I’ve paid £25. But there is absolutely no support that is being offered to me as your representative here says that the sim is not registered. This is a shame.

    So, so disappointed that @ThreeUK is ending their Go Roam program after promising they wouldn't charge roaming fees. Being able to use my phone like normal when back in the US was why I went with Three. Lost a customer here.
