    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

    @ThreeUKSupport Over 48 hours to activate a sim and transfer my existing number so far. Customer service now suggesting it could be another 48 hours. Really regret renewing my contract and upgrading with you. Another 2 years of incompetence isn't appealing

    Think twice before using @ThreeUK they are robbing bastards! The staff are incompetent @ThreeUKSupport are no good.. wrong device sent.. we return device on 10/12/20 they receive it back 12/12/20 still charge customer for device robbing bastards they are!!

Got 5 active contracts with you and no signal in my area but still get fobbed off with the same offer that everyone gets! Brilliant! Think its time to move on ive put up with your iffy signal for 15 years!
