    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @jesuiscanard @ThreeUK Never had an outage with virgin broadband and recieve down load speeds of over 100 meg

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark - I had some really responsive and helpful support from your team. Turns out that as it's a new number, it's not available yet. It would be good to put this info on your website - misleading and frustrating otherwise.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have added a high gain antenna in the loft pointing at the mast to try and maintain connection but the service has been sporadic up and down obviously was doing work recently in the area so I restarted the router again and last night when I was doing speed checks 4 non-existent

    @ThreeUK great you send a text to say you're going to be doing work in my area after the work is completed the service is actually poorer than what it was before you started we now have to use 3G only to be able to receive any decent speed for basic speed with internet

    @ThreeUK The Internet signal in ka3 has been horrific for weeks. What is going on and when will it be fixed. This is both on data and WiFi, I'm struggling to run a business, watch TV or use more than 1 device at any given time. For a communication Co. you're overselling yourself

    Upgraded my phone & started using it last Saturday. My new bill started on the 12/10. @ThreeUK seems to think I’ve used all my data in less than 1 week. My contract has always been a 4GB & I’ve never gone over in the last 5 yrs. 3 better hurry & get this sorted, or it’sbyefrom me
