    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

    @diabeatnik_ @ThreeUKSupport There's fibre going in outside, believe it's vodafone tho. Her mum's at Saughton has 5G, but broomhouse is deprived. I mean i've got @virginmedia 1gig internet, but phone signal is brutal.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was ordered on the 26th October and keep getting told different dates of when j be receiving it , it was originally for pick up in store but now I’m told it’s being delivered. But customer service are no help

    @ThreeUK this company, has sold me an iPhone, I’ve then bought further products specifically for this phone, to now suddenly being told my price plan is twice the cost I was sold. They are trying to STEAL £520 from me through their own errors. I have proof and they ignore it.

    This is weird. I'm on the @ThreeUK network but I have had calls claiming to be from @TheO2 offering me a 40% discount on my bills due to COVID. Feels like a scam so ignoring for now, but the callers seem adamant that my number is registered on O2. Could there be more to this?

    @ThreeUKSupport Your data passport link never worked for me. And because you've made it impossible for someone to buy a data passport without turning data roaming. Each time I tried to buy data YOU HAVE CHARGED ME. I've spoken to two of your advisors And each one has been deceitfully unhelpful.

    @ThreeUKSupport Still looking for the device in the warehouse (since August). Can't close the account, will continue to miss payments on credit score. So I continue to have 2 identical accounts with you, one of which I've never used. So looks like I'll be going back to the Ombudsman

    FOR 3 DAYS I HAVE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH TOUR UNHELPFUL WASTES OF SPACE YOU CALL ADVISORS. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK .this is honestly my last straw. They can honestly all **** themselves.
