    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

    @ThreeUKSupport after my contract finishes I’m defo not going back to your network, your admin for billing is atrocious, contacting the wife and hassling her for a contract in my name, a phone that the daughter has not used in over 12 months and the final bill was paid days ago

    @RoyalAlbertHall Thank you for the prompt reply. In fact I see where the problem is.@VodafoneUK network was clearly having problems this morning. AGAIN! Once I switched to @ThreeUK it went through…minutes to spare.

    @jesuiscanard @ThreeUK Never had an outage with virgin broadband and recieve down load speeds of over 100 meg

    @ThreeUKSupport I have three friends in Leeds with your network. All of them experience problems to the point where the phone is unusable in large areas of the city. I’ve been reporting it for three years and I’ve seen no improvement. So you’re not looking hard enough. Awful network.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport 3 just seems to be an awful company. Have mobile WiFi good in the day time however night time 0.5 download speed, or rather nothing downloads so tv pic distraught and keeps buffing. Don’t sign any contracts with this company

    @ThreeUKSupport any money & it’s cancelled but now you guys are making out I owe £13 even though your sending me £52 bill for a sim I cancelled a few days after I brought it. It never even got used!!!!! I cancelled it spent ages talking &getting through getting promised I’m not gunna be charged

    @ThreeUKSupport My issue is you guys have the cheapest deal which is great for me however you have the worst coverage in my area which puts me off switching to you guys. It's kinda weird that you advertise as having 99.8% coverage when your coverage map shows you probably have less than 80%
