    @ThreeUK please please please can you sort out the data speeds on whatever tower feeds Rugby Train Station. I’ve been reporting it for weeks and it’s still not fixed. It’s incredibly slow and frustrating.

    @ThreeUKSupport Coverage is absolutely fine in terms of signal strength. It’s speed that’s the issue. Unfortunately I don’t. It worked fine for years and now it doesn’t. With you guys now not being the only ones w/ unlimited data, I’ll be leaving once contract is up.

    @ThreeUKSupport Find me a live chat service that works, or a number where I'm not on hold for 30 minutes, and I'll do it. So far you've failed to do either of those. Next option - you leave me no choice but to start making official complaints and look into legal action for breach of contract

    @ThreeUK emailed today to say a price increase, link to new options, matched price as of today for double the GB. Selected and it went up. Spoke to Darren at 3 and got it for lower than today. @CelticFC fans not all that bad, spoke @kierantierney1 he said he might 😭 👍🏼👍🏼

    90 minutes in the phone to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and got nowhere, other than stressed and angry at the really awful service. So tempted to ditch my accounts and move to someone else. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now.

    @ThreeUKSupport 2 things really 1 is a overpayment of a bill and 2nd is when I phone up about it your Mumbai office was really rude did not help at all then hang up after calling me some names

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been lied to by one of your customer relations team members. Misled right from my upgrade day. Promised 2 months line rental as an apology, but now apparently there are no notes so I can't have what I was promised. Lied to about upgrade incentives too! :/

    @VondelStraka @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport ha I tried&they chatted with me for ages before letting me know they in fact were unable to help! gave me a number... spoke to them...they transferred me, telling me they were unable to help... now I am on hold with 2nd number. fun times in my supposedly short break from work!
