batgirl (@amanmarway) reported from West Bromwich, England@ThreeUK 4g is atrocious Been with them for just over a week and I’m ready to throw my phone across the room No way I’m doing 12 months with this How do I cancel?
-
Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.
-
Tom (@TomJersey1234) reported from Birmingham, England@ThreeUKSupport I had a text this morning saying it’ll happen later today so fingers crossed. Pretty poor when the switch date was due to be yesterday and you’d managed to get my address wrong... customer for 3 days so far and unimpressed

Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?
-

Rajiv (@rajivnath) reported from Birmingham, England@PaoloMariniUk @barmyarmyuk @ThreeUK To be fair I only ever visit London a handful of times but the service is unusable even when I have full bars. I'm not expecting super speeds just enough to send a few pics and videos on WhatsApp. In Birmingham the service is fantastic so it's a bit of a conundrum. Sort it out 3
-
Graeme Mulvaney (@web_bod) reported from Coventry, England@ThreeUK I had a call from a guy with a dense and inarticulate South Indian accent insisting he needed to send me a new SIM or I would be kicked off the network - I kept him busy for a good 15 minutes politely reiterating his instructions - was it a scam?
-
Kamil_M (@TheKamikazi) reported from Birmingham, EnglandWthThree is down. SO WHEN IS @ThreeUK picking back up. Swear this network is so crap. No signal in town ever
-

Ben Limehouse (@BenLimehouse) reported from Redditch, England@ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.
-
hydey (@moseleyhydey) reported from Birmingham, England@ThreeUK Lads, any chance of your home WiFi thing not dropping out for about an hour or so everyday? Every evening without fail

Mbappe's 1️⃣ hater (@SoundWavePapi) reportedThank you @LycamobileUK for providing the very basic level service I have paid for that @iD_Mobile_UK (and @ThreeUK; anyone affiliated to Three mobile network you will know exactly what I am on about) have failed and continue to fail to serve
-

Thomas Pigg (@pigg_thomas) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Oh wow I didn’t realise they did that Find a solution ?
-
Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
-
Paul 🔱#Sovereign 🇬🇧 (@LFCSovereign61) reported@ThreeUKSupport when I'm on my way to/from work on the Underground, I notice everyone else’s phone seems to have internet connection, even in the tunnels, but my own keeps losing the signal. Why is that, and how can I fix it?
-
xXx (@ImmaStar26) reported@ThreeUK Been a customer for 5yrs and for the past 6 months the service has been nonexistent! Can’t wait to move to a new provider
-
Gouthaman (@gmanka) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Continuing to charge you monthly and not giving you service is unconscionable. I’ve kept my US number from Mint Mobile active while not living there for 5 years, with only yearly visits, and it still works.
-
Vocsolo (@Vocsolo) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also, they cancel it if you’re inactive , so when you do get a physical sim and abroad, make sure to make some phone calls like once a month
-
Steve Lacey 🔥 (@stevelacey) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Also you consider getting a Google Voice US number for actual serious things that support it, aka everything non-UK
-
Paul Holman 💙 (@PaulHolman100) reported@OldLondonW14 @ThreeUK I've never had a problem with EE in London and elsewhere. The cheapest way to use that is via Lycramobile or Lebara, both of which are available as sim only for very low prices. Three have been dreadful everywhere.
