    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve got an iPhone XR but the phone isn’t the issue, it’s a coverage drop out since 9th August which is unacceptable as this is a business mobile @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport I will certainly log the complaint, but you have been working to improve your connections since the past 3 years I’ve been on this network and no improvement have been made. University campus near the city centre is 100% of high priority.

    @ThreeUKSupport Had to sort out confusion over my bill and had a lovely lady sort this out for me without hassle and even added in something's I didn't even ask for as in reconnecting me as I've been valued customer for over 10 years such a cracking call

    @ThreeUKSupport I have lost my network coverage over the last two days, to the point we were almost left stranded while away. Could not call Uber or phone anyone for help. Same just happened now while driving and using the navigation on my phone. It's getting ridiculous now!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport so cheesed off. Can't contact anyone as three still haven't sorted problem, and need to. Been told resolved each month for 5 months, still without service at end of each month to middle of next, 1m apologies, no efficiency. Cheesed off

    @ThreeUKSupport Eventually. 1h 22m phone call and still didn't manage to get it paid do to the IVR and DTMF issue, and no promised call back yesterday. Live Chat agent disconnected chat instantly after waiting about 10 minites. Terrible terrible leaving experience.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, countless times. I was literally told on the phone the ZTE boxes for the last week have been randomly resetting, you have no timeline for a fix, and I was sold this 2 days back. So... I am sure there's all sorts of consumer protection law in there somewhere.

    Very poor customer service from @ThreeUK - I wish to cancel my wife contract as we’re taking another wife you. Transfers me to India. Gentleman does not understand my request. Poor customer service and terrible attitude from you! No help! Poor. Will cancel both contracts now.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've spoken to two ppl and even asked to speak to someone higher and one declined and they other claimed they spoke to their manager. Yes it's £12 a mth. Been with 3 over 15yrs. Just looking for help getting myself something nice.
