    @ThreeUK got to say the worst customer service ever, I lost my phone and I requested to to barred my phone and sent me proof of usage 3 weeks and still didn’t receive anything. Your member relationship team not doing what they promised #Disappointment

    @ThreeUK thank you for not helping me at all with my mobile phone repair claim, totally broken screen covered by accidental damage in your policy that you have taken £240 pounds off me and basically said tough luck. I am a long term loyal customer with 3 contracts #shameonyou

    So @ThreeUK are trying to deal with my issue raised when they are saying it potentially is their fault. yet, their advice more than once is to take my issue to an ombudsman. perfect customer service there 3! @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK @paigebr0wn_ Shame you can’t do anything decent for long-standing customers and NHS staff instead of just raising their bill scumbags after my contract is up I’ll be taking my business else where and that’s true of everyone I work with who are on your network

    Why do I always big up @ThreeUK then when I have a problem, can’t speak to anyone to get it sorted! At this rate, I’ll just cancel all 3 contracts and go elsewhere! My 14 year old son could be in danger and I can’t do anything about it!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    @deanrmarsh @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Broken I personally think creating an account to complain about issues that cannot be resolved immediately is one of the most pettiest things someone could do. Three know there is issues with the network, hence they are investing £4.5 Billion in upgrading the network and deploying 5G.
