@ThreeUK I have been a customer for 7 years and my sim stopped working so I get a replacement, 3 days later the replacement is not working and your system won’t cancel that sim or let me get a new one in store! What a joke, phone not working and I want to cancel my contract

Ending go roam free was annoying but at least I got grandfathered in. Now @ThreeUK is telling me I have 30 days to find a new contract. Or pay more than double for my same plan sans the go roam. Worst service, it was the only thing going for you. So bye!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s always a really weak line asking about an upgrade. I don’t know if they are genuine calls or not since I haven’t used the network since 2019. The most recent call came from 07588289856 only a matter of minutes ago.
