Could not call Uber or phone anyone for help. Same just happened now while driving and using the navigation on my phone. It's getting ridiculous now!!!

Damian (@Damian0706) reported@ThreeUKSupport Once the store reopened, we did get a new SIM from them but it never worked or it couldn't get registered on the network. Seemingly there have been SIMs sent (we never received) & cause they were seemingly registered to the phone they couldn't register the new ones. A nightmare.
