-
Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England
@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

-
Xenia (@_XeniaKara_) reported from Birmingham, England
I'm not one for complaining on Twitter, but I’m letting it be known that @ThreeUK customer services is awful. As a long standing customer and given the current pandemic the service has been appalling.
-
Rich J (@richyj1504) reported from West Bromwich, England
Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.
-
Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England
@ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, it’s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.
-
Tally B (@Bizzle_187) reported from Wolverhampton, England
@EE wow, spoke to a representative today to see if they want to keep me as a customer but was offered no better deal or any attemp to keep me. May jus go back to @ThreeUK

-
Andrew Farmer (@F88467672) reported
@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @cabinetofficeuk Please take action against Three for their incompetence, and refusal to initiate further tests of this critically important system. Does this constitute a breach of contract on their part which would allow customers to change network for a more reliable carrier?
-
Emma YH (@PuffleHuff53) reported
@ThreeUK @ThreeUK is this why my phones network coverage and mobile data has been gubbed all day today? Not much use getting an alert if my phone won't work with your 'fix'
-
Nicola (@nikkersinlondon) reported
@ThreeUK, your customer service is AWFUL. Been loyal for 10yrs. Changed my plan on 1 April & today was charged per my old plan. Upon contact, your customer service confirmed they messed up my upgrade but won’t do anything to correct the charges. I’m going elsewhere.
-
Ben Quinn (@BenQuinn110577) reported
@ThreeUK I'm also one of the people who didn't receive the UK emergency alert test on Sunday. Everyone around me received it. Why did it only happen to Three customers mostly?
-
andrew jones (@andyjones6565) reported
@ThreeUK Just left three, had 3 contract phones for 15 years, customer service has become diabolical. Well never go back to them..
-
NICK KNIGHT (@NICKKNIGHT712) reported
@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Anyone who's ever rung Three customer services will know they've just turned it all off then on again
-
rach30ipswich (@livelovescouse) reported
@ThreeUK I never received the emergency alert on my 3 phone and have little faith that if left untested, the same failure will occur again. #DoBetter #3phone #ukemergencyalert
-
Legborsi bawoh (@Legxybawoh) reported
@ThreeUK I did get the alert, but that's nothing compared to the network failure I've experienced since I got this sim. My complaint hasn't changed anything. At this point, I just want out of this heartbreaking contract.
-
Vibs (@vibsiboy) reported
@ThreeUK @ThreeUK how do we know that the fix has actually worked without a retest? I am sure before the govt test you must have prepped urselves but it didnt pass the test..you gotta give us more than just 'your word' that it will work next time
-
Ian 🇬🇧🇪🇺🇩🇪 (@Indy259) reported
@chrisvecs @gingio @ThreeUK Emergency broadcast is not using wifi. It's a broadcast signal from the cell tower. Those that got the message were lucky that they were actively connected to the cell tower when the message was broadcast. Apparently Three only sent it once.
