    @ThreeUKSupport No 9ne will help me. I spoke to them and they said no one is working in cancellations convenientjy. They all working in new contracts though. I have several accounts with three been with you over 15 years and don't intend to change that except for this one

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve going to cancel it as I’ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, I’ve tried the link so I can cancel via the ‘chat online’ option but it says it’s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    Blimey just seen an advert for @ThreeUK I didn't even know they were still going.... Used to be the network that gave you a million free minutes & tonnes of data that could never be used because you could never get a signal.

    @ThreeUK I was looking at your 5G home broadband offer but when I put my postcode in it only offers me the 4G option. Your coverage map shows I'm in a 5G area and I can get 5G no problem at all on my phone. Is there any reason why I don't get the 5G option?

    @BBCWatchdog Please could you feature how bad @ThreeUK customer service is . You now can’t make a complaint and they call you a liar to your face . I’m furious and apparently that’s my fault as well . Been with them for 12 years before this , it’s awful .
