@ThreeUK My signal has been appalling across the entirety of Birmingham for weeks. Even switching to 3G makes no difference. Are there issues? Over subscribed network? What am I paying for? 🤔

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

@ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, it’s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes. I reversed the upgrade less than 48 hours later. It was the old unlimited everything with Feel at Home roaming but when it was reversed I stayed on Go Roam which they told me on the phone was a mistake. They applied a credit to my account and said they’d fix it…

-
M E L L Y. ✌️

@ThreeUKSupport But they haven’t. I had two letters. Once to say I’d upgraded and one to say I’d reversed but they were both in December 2021. Nothing since then to say 3 were changing my contract without my consent, and no news on fixing the problems I had with messaging (or roaming).

@KarenAdamMSP @ThreeUK You don't need to call them to transfer to another network. Text "PAC" to 65075 That will give you your PAC code. Give that PAC to the other provider. No notice.
