    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

    @ThreeUK I have no internet again. I have not had regular connectivity since December. It’s completely unacceptable. Every time I want to use my music, speakers, tv, lights, heating... I can’t because my internet is down. I pay for 5G internet, I get kb download speeds. Pathetic

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a discount for a couple of months and was told several times we are in a pandemic. 12 months later I can only use my phone on WiFi calling still. Even that doesn’t always work. I’ve been told to ring, with no working phone, I can never get through on online chat.
