    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    @Rubes18593 @ThreeUK Hello, I’ve had this problem before and I reset network settings this morning. Go to settings greater than general greater than reset greater than reset network settings. That fixed it for me on my A+. Have you got iOS 14.2 installed as well?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I had issue from beginning. Said they was issue, was to be fix, not fix, spend £ using fmore data on my mobile, then told to switch to 3g. This was my homebroadband not mobile. Not is usable for that. Already cancelled but having to paying extra 30 days

    @ThreeUKSupport Agent seems so rude. I had high hope but did not live up to use as homebroadband. Agent from start says if I continue having issue I can cancel. I should have just cancelled before the 30days then my life would have been better.
