I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@ThreeUKSupport No nothing it just went to No Service and any troubleshooting I’ve done doesn’t work! The chat centre people said the phone number was disconnected but it shouldn’t be??? I really can’t wait 72 hours!!!

Coverage loss without prior warning. Phone literally unusable for 3 days. Urgent calls to take. Still paying contract. No service advisors available @threeuk. This is so awful it is unacceptable. All customers in this area deserve compensation

@chrissheath @ThreeUK I have a whole *** signal booster at the bottom of my street legit maybe 300 yards from my home. I have 0 signal three dont care they just discount your contracts with 5 pound off instead of fixing the issue. I recommend cancelling as soon as your contract is up I am

@ThreeUKSupport No and then they didn’t follow up on that they just said they would try to fix it in 72 hours. I had just topped up 2 days ago and it was working on Portugal yesterday and then just stopped. I’ve been with Three for 5 years, changed to PAY as you go last June
