@ThreeUKSupport To receive an incorrectly addressed letter which basically says 'we're not listening to you so go and complain to an ombudsman' is appalling. It is clear no one has listened to the back story or is willing to explain to me why there was an issue with my complaint.

@ThreeUKSupport hey, i need to cancel a PAC request that was scheduled for tomorrow but your website and app are both so broken I can't - which is why I want to cxl the request - i can't even buy a data pack to use your service. I tried this a week ago and got no confirmation.
