    @ThreeUKSupport want to explain to me why l am still waiting for a tv 60 days after taking the 5g 4k 43' smart tv offer? Your customer services couldn't get any answer from the company despatching the tvs and l am supposed to wait another 10 days for nothing to happen!

    @ThreeUKSupport Yep, it's enabled and working (without a three sim) so it's not a hardware/device issue. no worries i'll just have to switch network which is a shame as i've been a loyal three customer for over 10 years :(

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone had a hardware issue and since it was in the 2nd year I had to pay it to be replaced out of pocket and three said they would reimburse me after 2 months they still haven’t reimbursed me
