I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

I'm stood in one of the biggest cities in the world. My signal tells me I've got 4G. Yet it's impossible to connect to my meeting. Is there possibly a worst company than @ThreeUK for lying to customers about the strength of their signal? I don't think so.
