I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

@ThreeUK I switched to three from smarty coz smarty had no shops. I was originally on 02 but it was crap reception in my area and they didn't offer unlimited text, calls and data for £20. Find the reception is good in 3 n all.

2/5 Very friendly staff at the store but I cannot fathom how there is a complete disconnect between the stores and the @ThreeUKSupport dept in India. The stores cannot track my order or help me with my missing phone, nor can they call @DPDgroup_newsto find out where it is.

@sixteenthCgirl @ThreeUK Initiate a "formal complaint" under their internal complaints procedure - don't just "complain". I did that with Three and got a free month's internet reasonably quickly.

@ThreeUKSupport Last one was today and I've just got off the phone with the credit company, I'm awaiting an update on their end. My main gripe was with the seemingly uncapable and/or unwilling customer service agents.

@cask_uk @ThreeUKSupport Good luck mate! It’s a joke I had my contract less than 24hrs can’t connect as they lost all my info, never migrated my number, but managed to set up the DD🤨 Website lied, said 3/4G yet signal is awful in my area. I’ve cancelled my contract.
