    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    I've had enough of @ThreeUK WiFi lately as it's ridiculous. Nothing but bad Internet for days and when it does work it's only for a short period. Sort your F%$KING **** out will you some of us live miles from anywhere and your nearest shop to be able to go to the nearest store.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Iain. Why was this not the answer I was given yesterday? Both your colleagues on web chat and here on Twitter told me there *wasn't* a local issue, that the problem was with my handset, and suggested I make changes to my device. That was incorrect, and wasted my time.

    @ThreeUKSupport a lot of us need our phones to get paid. I don’t think threatening to cut off my phone, putting my entire ability to claim my benefits into jeopardy, is appropriate response to me trying to make an arrangement you’ve had no problem with making before.
