    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    @ThreeUK international roaming is a nightmare. Should be £5/day - bill is heading to £100. Also network issues mean we can’t use. And then, why the bill? Sort it please.

    @ThreeUKSupport No nothing it just went to No Service and any troubleshooting I’ve done doesn’t work! The chat centre people said the phone number was disconnected but it shouldn’t be??? I really can’t wait 72 hours!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been having broadband connection problems since yesterday. Your network checker says network upgrades are happening in the area but it does not say for how long. When can I expect my service to return to normal? It was perfect before. I am in the DA1 area

    @WhichUK @Ofcom The customer service department for @ThreeUK appears to have been outsourced and the customer service agents are trying to resolve issues via a flow chart system, which is not helpful to the paying customers.

    The @ThreeUK live chat merry go round continues! Silly me, I should have copied and pasted the last four chats, as this would of saved a lot of time. @ThreeUK appear to keep no records of previous chats or complaints #Disgraceful Worst customer service ever!

    @ThreeUKSupport please please increase/strengthen your network here St Giles High St, London WC2H 8AG - even though 1 bar of 4G, absolutely no data/phone in or out. And it has been like this for years. How about some of that 700mhz allocation you have!
