    I’ve been a nightmare for slamming incompetent firms (eg @ThreeUK @SkyUK etc) recently, but have to say the service I’ve just had @GreenFlagUK via my @NatWest_Help rewards account was absolutely TOP. Reported & resolved within an hour, with a top-class app to keep me posted 👏

    Why won't you give me a 5g wifi router when I can get 5g on my phone contract with you @ThreeUK? My 5g works at my home address but your coverage checker says no. Surely its just a 5g sim in a WiFi box? Customer service said the bosses have told them no. That's ridiculous

    @ThreeUK I can't imagine a worse business experience than w Three. I tried many times to cancel a SIM that I used once to livestream an event for a kids hospital. I gave up, paying many months for nothing. When I stopped my direct debit thru my bank they sent the debt collectors
