    @ThreeUKSupport Shame no one was keen to help during two hours of phone calls. been billed twice since despite being told we just need to send the router back. We did this immediately and were told no we hadn't even when we supplied 2 lots of proof. Bloody useless company. Never again.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes it is a 12. my wife phoned on 19th December and have said that the phone cannot be dispatched to the house. I am unsure why it cannot be sent ?? This makes no sense as the three UK stores are currently shut. She has also paid an early upgrade fee. HELP?!

    @ThreeUK 3 must be right up there with the worst customer service... Was promised a refund in 3 days... didn’t happen. Queried the refund, was told in would be in my account next day... still nothing. Called up to query the above and advisor cut me off #ServiceAtItsBest 👏

    @ThreeUKSupport I have called your customer service team 5 days in a row to request a proof of purchase invoice for an insurance claim. Every time I have been promised it via email within an hour yet 5 days later I still do not have anything!! This is terrible customer service!!!
