Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@_essalouise @ThreeUK I had a similar problem with a different provider several years back who just simply didn’t cancel my account despite me receiving my PAC & having moved on. I refused to pay any further bills, disputed the direct debits with the bank and kept a copy of all communication.

Hey, @ThreeUK, my husband cannot connect to the internet at all, despite having a full 4g signal. He needs his data for work and you want to charge him £240 to leave your god-awful service. Shame on you.

@heatherpaterson @ThreeUK I got them to reduce my SIM only contract when I saw someone boasting of using Three's network for cheaper than they were offering. I pay £16 a month unlimited everything.
