    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

    @ThreeUK I love that trying to move onto a new phone means I now don’t have a working phone number so I can’t call customer service. And now, I can’t even get into the app to try and sort this out!! GREAT!!!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport your company renewed twice in a row some add-ons that I requested to be canceled in time. Now you say that I have to pay anyway. I say that it is your fault, of your never-working app and website. I will request @CitizensAdvice services if the issue is not sorted.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty, we are unable to get past anyone in customer services as we obviously face difficulties when trying to talk about the account with someone as we do not have the passwords etc to verify ourselves. Unfortunately this has not stopped three passing the matter to PDCS

    @ThreeUKSupport However, since then, I got in touch with Apple and the customer service assistant, who was more helpful than every 3 assistant I spoke to combined, offered to work with me and we found out, it may be a fault with the phone, not the sim. (Part 3)

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. Earlier this month I signed up through existing customer offer I got via email for £10 per month. Just got reminder of what I chose. It says it will be £15 per month. Any reason for this? I've also direct messaged you.
