    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, DPD has failed to deliver for the 2nd time. They keep going to a completely different property. DPD CS is absolutely useless, keep promising to come back but never do. Can I log another complaint with you regards to DPD’s incompetence? Tmw will be the 3rd go

    @EE why do you keep activating my emergency alerts when i keep turning it off? I have a duel sim with @ThreeUKSupport and it's not them. Every restart I get a message saying your operator has changed my settings?

    @ThreeUKSupport No response to my written letter so I spoke to customer services and sent a copy of my letter who emailed to acknowledge receipt and they would look in to it - a month later I get a debt collector emailing me.
