@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve just downloaded it on another phone and can see the continue login button under the outage message. So on my spare phone the continue login button is missing. Is it anything to do with text size and it just doesn’t fit in?

@ThreeUKSupport Done that - still the same problem. When I logged in via PC, I can see the outage message at the top of the page with my data allowance etc underneath. In the app, it’s just the outage message and I can’t scroll down to see anything else.
