@ThreeUKSupport @HuaweiMobileUK Hi, looking for some help. Parents AI Cube, whilst wifi and signal working, Alexa part just stopped working. Reset Cube, updated all apps and whilst it says it’s setup, shows as offline in Alexa and reports that it’s having trouble. Advice?

Three are robbers, charging me for a SIM card I haven't actually owned since 2020 and still having the cheek to charge me for a brand new handset and another sim card on top of that! I'm not made of money ffs! Don't bother going with @ThreeUK their customer service is shocking!!

Left @iD_Mobile_UK after 3 years as they don’t offer the ability to use your data roaming in USA - but they use Three’s network. So…..I switched to @ThreeUK , who do, and quadrupled by data for £2 more too!
