@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@ThreeUK hi is there an issue in the OL16 area, I have tried calling a number and I just get cut off immediately, I tried resetting the phone and the same thing happened, I had to use my works Vodafone and it connected ok!?

With the help of the friendly staff at @tescomobile, wife finally got shot of @ThreeUK for her iPad. 3 would not supply a PAC code until she told them why she was leaving. She replied with one word: "Ombudsman". Instant result.

Although I've been happy @ThreeUK for a number of years (at least as happy as you can be with any mobile company), I think I'm going to have to leave. They seem totally unable to fix the connectivity problems I'm having.
