@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK A year ago a new contract SIM was not delivered. Every month you take my money. I have written (no replies) and called most months. Now you say you are considering a refund. I consider this as theft. I cannot cancel my DD as I have other H3G contracts.

@ThreeUKSupport No problem I’m switching to a better provider at 1/10th the cost when the pandemic is over with better top up and support infrastructure in place @1pMobile I think they are the way forward. Keep my £20 and put it to improving your customer service instead of ripping them off

@XiaomiUK @ThreeUK I have bought two Mi10t pros on ebay in the past few months both of which cost £460 brand new and sealed. Why pay 3 £1000 with only a 12 month warranty when you can buy phone yourself and do a cheap sim only? Poor advice here Xiaomi

@ThreeUK my sim is up for renewal, a new user can get an unlimited sim for £16. You want me to pay £20 for the same deal. I’ve been a loyal customer for 15 years but now you’ve lost my custom.
