@ThreeUKSupport There was no mention that at any point, they basically told me I was stuck with them for another two years, so technically still dishonest. Making customers feel stupid and trapped isn't exactly ideal business practice either. Yet another example of Three's awful customer service

I am beginning to hate @ThreeUKSupport Been with 3 for years. They say "Hello Peter" but when I enter my number or try to log on via internet. - not recognised. Upgrades never available. They are a complete joke. A disaster. Avoid like the plague.

@UK_Daniel_Card @ThreeUK The mindless agreement from people completely unaware of what he's claiming bothers me most. He has form for this sort of malicious attack on company's reputation. I enjoyed seeing @ThreeUK response suggesting they won't take it lying down. Yell if you need an expert witness.

The entire way down Spring Bank (a major road into the city centre) I don’t get a good enough 4G service to use Apple Music or apps yet @ThreeUK just say that their services work there lol. Cannot wait to jump ship (tweeted from home cos it x doesn’t work x basically x anywhere)
