    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @ThreeUK last update I had from 3 said that work would be completed in my area by 5th May. Speed is still terrible and network issues are still showing. When is the work likely to be finished and will I ever get a decent speed?

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK. Thought I would try #Three, big mistake, 5G slower than Plusnet 4G, 5 days to process cancellation so have now lost my number and service and three days to raise a PAC code to port it back. Never again
