  • jamesma34307397 james marshall (@jamesma34307397) reported from Terrington St Clement, England

Theres people who gives @ThreeUK a hard time being rubbish network I don't get much issue with them

  • waynefysh Wayne (@waynefysh) reported from King's Lynn, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

  • TheLynnLegend ChristopherBrockbank (@TheLynnLegend) reported from King's Lynn, England

@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Could someone please let Ali from social media chat know that the last thing she tried to help me worked. I got kicked out of the chat before being able to confirm and thank her. Great customer service by her, as always by three.

  • happyhibbee Andy Lucraft-Townley (@happyhibbee) reported from Downham Market, England

@ThreeUK your automated service is a joke. Have spent a lot of time trying to cancel an add-on. No option given on the service

  • waynefysh Wayne (@waynefysh) reported from King's Lynn, England

Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

  • waynefysh Wayne (@waynefysh) reported from King's Lynn, England

Here’s hoping that @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport can help today. Not optimistic…

  • waynefysh Wayne (@waynefysh) reported from Gaywood, England

Still waiting for my Emergency Alert. I’m on @ThreeUK though, so not really surprising #emergencyalert #fail

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Automaton2801 Automaton 2801 (@Automaton2801) reported

@TeresaC123 @ThreeUK This. You need to test to give us confidence it actually works. Otherwise I'm actively looking at moving away. You're not gambling with my safety during a major incident.

  • Sc0ttY0ung Scott Young (@Sc0ttY0ung) reported

@simon_wardle74 @ThreeUK Not really since that's what the test was for, to find issues that may not have been apparent before. Literally the whole point of testing.

  • DexterMosul DexterMosul🇮🇶 (@DexterMosul) reported

@ThreeUK That's not even close to satisfying; your customers deserve to know that your service works in emergencies. Imagine if they had lost their lives and come back to ask you what went wrong. They might switch to another provider if you don't explain and Run ANOTHER TEST.

  • LucasJTGleed Lucas (@LucasJTGleed) reported

@ThreeUK why am I paying you £50 a month for a service that is unreliable and useless?

  • JordsLiddle Jordan (@JordsLiddle) reported

@ThreeUKSupport why is there now no network coverage at all in BS39 7LH

  • philipwhiuk Philip Whitehouse (@philipwhiuk) reported

@ThreeUK How do you know it works if you don’t re-test it? Did this issue happen in the trials?

  • StratCars StratCars Esq. (@StratCars) reported

@ThreeUK How confident are you that the fix is a permanent fix and not just a workaround? Bearing in mind the importance of this to Three users what can you tell us that gives us a degree of confidence this won't happen again?

  • lyeuhm laim (@lyeuhm) reported

@ThreeUK Should be a test again otherwise you won’t know until there is a real emergency and it doesn’t work.

  • Anna31Flowers Anna Flowers (@Anna31Flowers) reported

@ThreeUKSupport 3 days of no Internet & I work from home! Appalling customer service when calling to try & resolve! I will be reporting you to Ofcom!

  • 41point2Hz 41point2Hz (@41point2Hz) reported

@ThreeUK I'm sure you were convinced "there would be no issue" on the first test, which then failed for a vast majority of your customers. The ONLY way you can stand by this statement is to run the test again. Don't let the next 'test' be a real alert!!
