Been charged £40 by @ThreeUK 3 months in a row even though I cancelled, paid up my contract and moved to a new service back in July! All times I have been charged I enquired as to why and got no where. Absolute **** show of a provider. How do I stop this and get my money back?

  • duncanjw Duncan Johnston-Watt (@duncanjw) reported

@ThreeUK you have to enable data roaming to buy data passport which means you’ve already racked up stupid costs as your phone automatically syncs up as you step off the plane. Should be able to buy it via Three app which lets you buy other addons #fail 1/2

  • DerekBrice3 Derek Brice (@DerekBrice3) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Just restarted my Samsung galaxy s20 plus and my Huawei 5g mobile wifi. Both show about 60 - 70% signal strength but speed below 20 mbps.

  • duncanjw Duncan Johnston-Watt (@duncanjw) reported

I can only conclude this is a cynical ploy to gouge @ThreeUK customers abroad especially when you consider that the 24 hour data passport operates on UK time regardless of where you are in the world! That’s proof if any’s needed that this is a #scam not just bad design #fail 2/2
