    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @ThreeUK This is better a norm with @ThreeUK. The service is becoming crap and I am expecting a lot of users are going to leave the network after this episode. I couldn’t use my business phone the whole day and it’s still not fixed. Very unreliable network!

    @threeuk @skynews @bbcnews How about some proper investigative journalism into today's ongoing shambolic outage by Three? Second time this year it's been out all day, calls, texts, data intermittent, people unable to ring 999. Do your jobs. Peoples lives are at risk.
