Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

Been with EE for like 10 years now not sure when it happened but they’ve become the most expensive network now, £98 a month with £330 upfront for iPhone 14 pro max, can get the same deal from @ThreeUK for £69 with £80 upfront.

@ThreeUK Your online ordering is just rubbish. It didn’t ask for delivery address (there was only billing address) while I wanted to choose a 3 store for collection. After payment, it’s not possible to change it and your support team told me that you must cancel the order and reorder!
