    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @ProTraderWes @ThreeUKSupport Apparently not, since they switched to 5G my 4G is just shocking ongoing for nearly 18 months I'm literally down the street from the mast. Never had a problem in previous 5 years. Off course they're denying it's their issue. If I stick an EE/O2 SIM in my phone, no problems at all

    @IanMorris78 @ThreeUK Chances are it would harvest login details of people who filled in their details and card details. It would have been a copy of the three website and tricked many many people no doubt.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there. I have obtained a PAC for my mobile and cancelled the 2nd contract as not needed. The 2nd contract took 14hrs 29mins over 2 days to cancel it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been waiting for my network problem to be fixed for the past 3 weeks, after I was told it would be sorted d I 48 hours, I want to know how the issue will be resolved promptly, as I have now been without proper means of communication since 31 Dec 2020
