    Rubbish customer service from @ThreeUK over the past week. It’s not the peoples fault as far as I’m aware, just the robotic script they follow with no ability to actually discuss anything properly or sensibly. End result is You’ll now lose 3 x contracts as I move provider

    @ThreeUKSupport I shall see what deals are available elsewhere. Already found I can get an IPhone 13 with unlimited calls, texts and data from O2, for less than you offered me! Yet the offer of iPhone12 was supposed to be an “exclusive” offer, poor!!

    @ThreeUK ordered an upgrade on Friday, email confirmation and delivery of 15/7. On 15/7 I contact Three to be told it’s now due 18/7. Call again today, to be told it was Cancelled on Saturday! Appalling Service!

    @ThreeUK there no way for me to contact you after your page become error when I request PAC number to be transfer and chat online is not available, telephone calling always hang up on me while using relay uk app! Lack of communication access!

    @mdf200 @ThreeUK I'm on Three partly because of free roaming and unlimited data but how mad is this.... I've never actually used it.... because I haven't been on a plane or abroad in years. So I guess I'll never get to use it now then.
