@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Could someone please let Ali from social media chat know that the last thing she tried to help me worked. I got kicked out of the chat before being able to confirm and thank her. Great customer service by her, as always by three.

@TheZoombomber6 @ThreeUK Lol are you an AI? as it seems you are generating tweets based on lack of knowledge. All our devices are new and running the latest OS and have the emergency alert options turned on. Many people on the @ThreeUK network have confirmed they also didn’t receive the #emergencyalert

@ALostSheepp @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Mate, normally the network and customer service is wicked. I’ve been with them years, but since they updated their app it’s gone crap! I’ve said if they don’t sort it by the time, they’re calling me back on Tuesday they can cancel my contract and wipe off any fees✊🏼💦

@packthesuitcase @SMARTYMobileUK Nope. Seems to be an issue with the network from whom Smarty buy airtime, @ThreeUK - none of my contacts on that network got it either.

@AttleeFan2004 @ModerateLabour1 @ThreeUK Surely this is the point of testing a new system? To find out what issues there are.

@chlobocop27 @ThreeUK We are on 3 network as well. We never got the Siren either. We had both our devices smartphones on and waiting. All the phones in the country should have got this. Typical government. Everyone in the conluntry will get the siren. What happened?? Why didn't we get it??
