    @ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @goulcher @ThreeUK I mean that isn't the typical behaviour of someone who is actually skint, is it? A credit card isn't a terrible suggestion either, it can help a lot if cash flow is an issue and won't cost you anything in interest if you pay it off on time.

    @ThreeUK is it possible to leave a contract due to poor service? You 4G signal is garbage. Your 3G signal is better by a long way.

    @ThreeUK having my phone stolen twice was bad, but 1) having Three as carrier through it and 2) Three phone “insurance” the second time was easily the worst experience I’ve had with a company in all my life. Nothing but chaos, lies and a greedy, awful, lazy scam. You lost me.

    @ffsSpooky @ThreeUK also like, now my bill next month is £185. no "let's sort out a payment plan to help you", it's that or nothing. and its called a "payment promise" to make me feel extra ****** about it. @ThreeUK - I hope you read these discussions and they feed back into your UI, UX and CS.
