    @ThreeUK is there currently any problems with 4G/5G I have had no or very poor connection since around 7am yesterday. It could of course be my new iPhone 12 is poor as I have setup a hotspot for my old iPhone a d that works well. Please help

    @ThreeUK WHY IS YOUR NETWORK SO PATHETIC. I HAVE A 5G PHONE WITH FULL 5G BARS IN A 5G AREA AND I STILL CONSTANTLY STRUGGLE TO LOAD VIDEOS AND SOCIAL MEDIA. PATHETIC. #SORTITOUT

    @ThreeUK can you please fix your 5G broadband in W4? It was down most of Monday, most of Tuesday - and is now in and out like a yo-yo. I know you have had a mast problem - but you could try letting those users in the area know what is going on and when it will be fixed.

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s my issue. You did 🙈 it was working just fine because my calls where blocked once my minutes where used up but that wasn’t the case last month and I did not ask for rge spend cap to be lifted

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK your signal in Dorset is absolutely appalling to non existent. It’s always bad but getting worse. Weymouth, Swanage, Poole, Dorchester. All I get is buffering or nothing unless the wind blows. Is it my phone or your end? Help!

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I wanted to check with your home broadband. Will I have a fee to pay if I cancel after a month? I spoke to someone on chat and they said I wouldn’t but wanted to double check
