@CasadyPalmer @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Tbf I think you can. I started as an upgrade call as 6 years a Three customer (along with my wife). But the deal they offered was £4 a month beyond my budget. I kept saying no I don’t want it for 2.5 hours and being very clear I wanted to leave and finally gave me my PAC code :(

Avoid @ThreeUK like the plague, absolutely dreadful customer service and nobody has a clue what’s going on, I now waste a day trying to resolve their issues...

@mynameishuw @ThreeUK Yeah get rid of three, I also had the same issue in central manchester. Which I was promised in sept ‘19 if I got a new sim and contract, my issue would be resolved by a new mast due in October’19. Never did get sorted so went with Vodafone and so far no issues.

@ThreeUK Hi Three! Just wondering if you think it is acceptable to take your customers on a wild goose chase so they expire their grace period and can't freely cancel their contract despite not having any signal or coverage since day one and complaining 6 times? Cheers!
