Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@CasadyPalmer @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Tbf I think you can. I started as an upgrade call as 6 years a Three customer (along with my wife). But the deal they offered was £4 a month beyond my budget. I kept saying no I don’t want it for 2.5 hours and being very clear I wanted to leave and finally gave me my PAC code :(

I thought it was very weird for the idiot from @ThreeUK yesterday to say they were working Christmas day turns out they are closed so will have to wait bit longer to cancel my contract. I didn't think they would be working but there you go lies from three
