    What the hell @ThreeUK no network in Cambridge when I really needed it yesterday. Still down today. Three@Home also down. As far as I can tell, nothing, I mean nothing, is functional at the moment. I have two accounts, two devices, zero service, two locations. Seriously. FIX IT

    @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

But the deal they offered was £4 a month beyond my budget. I kept saying no I don’t want it for 2.5 hours and being very clear I wanted to leave and finally gave me my PAC code :(

    @pudzey7 @ThreeUK @ThreeIreland The thing is, the guy is telling me I don’t have unlimited data. When I bloody pay for it 😂😂 randomly today I got a text telling me I am down to my last 14gb. And it appears @ThreeUK don’t monitor there twitter page!!

    @Jonoblue @ThreeUKSupport Me too. This is 3's responsibility to sort as our Network. They have the power to reverse charges and they have enough precedent with all of our reports to recognise the trend. Why is our network not protecting us from fraud ? Banks do? PayPal does?

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm being charged for a premium messaging service I didn't sign up for (GetFitCoach). Have Googled, it's a scam. Have rung the company-no answer. Have rung 3, have been hung up on three times trying to sort. I need you to cancel the messages and refund £45. Thanks

    Want to see how awful the @ThreeUK top up app is? 1) Open up ask for fingerprint ID. 2) send you to a website to top up. 3) say you don’t have enough data to get on the website. 4) this is stupid.
