    What the hell @ThreeUK no network in Cambridge when I really needed it yesterday. Still down today. Three@Home also down. As far as I can tell, nothing, I mean nothing, is functional at the moment. I have two accounts, two devices, zero service, two locations. Seriously. FIX IT

    @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

    @ThreeUK I have now had four conversations, been promised 2 callbacks and still no further forward with complaint. Promised headphones when upgraded and now offering partial refund or cancelling contract. #terribleservice

    @ThreeUKSupport each email takes them days and when they do they just invent problems. Whenthought it was @EE and called they wanted to help immediately but we figured out account with three. account holder hasn't been able to deal with her own affairs for years and she cant break isolation

    @ThreeUK your phone line takes 8 minutes to get through the process of trying to get help, then to be given a phone number to call from another phone. When I phone this line it’s say calm centres closed and to go online!Which I can’t as my phone data isn’t working
