Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Saint Ives and nearby locations:
  • GoMcMahon #DocMartin (@GoMcMahon) reported from Saint Ives, England

@ThreeUK I'm disgusted by the behaviour of your chat support person, Sameer. I was asking about changing DD details, and when he couldn't help he simply pretended he wasn't receiving my messages, and ended the chat. I've saved a screen shot of the entire conversation. #Rude

  • lucyfrog Lucinda Price Photos (@lucyfrog) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport It’s cb4 and still showing as having a problem - meant to have been on call as a volunteer so quite frustrating

  • TheRealMrAdams Ben Adams (@TheRealMrAdams) reported from Brampton, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yep. Your customer relations team are investigating currently. I've got my money back but Three are still trying to get my number back 🙄

  • NittyNorth Anita North (@NittyNorth) reported from Cottenham, England

@VodafoneUK I think you need to contact @herdwick_gal who is still with you and in need of help with a problem rather than me - I’ve left Vodafone after over 15 years and gone to @ThreeUK

  • lucyfrog Lucinda Price Photos (@lucyfrog) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

My phone network is down (@ThreeUK ) so please email or dm if you are teting@to get hold of me

  • vtraveller vtraveller (@vtraveller) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

What the hell @ThreeUK no network in Cambridge when I really needed it yesterday. Still down today. Three@Home also down. As far as I can tell, nothing, I mean nothing, is functional at the moment. I have two accounts, two devices, zero service, two locations. Seriously. FIX IT

  • myownlittlehob1 Mel Eakins (@myownlittlehob1) reported from Huntingdon, England

@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

  • sldouglas88 Samuel Douglas (@sldouglas88) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport Will do. The signal from my room isn't that great. 2 bars...

  • laurenabi_ loz 💋 (@laurenabi_) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’d be stupid to stay with @VOXI_UK a second longer, they were pants

  • laurenabi_ loz 💋 (@laurenabi_) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

    Officially a @ThreeUK customer 🎉🎊

  • nutterguy Brendon Morgan (@nutterguy) reported from Cambridgeshire, England

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • mr_oco Martin (@mr_oco) reported

@AlexHynes @ThreeUK As others have said it's really good if you have a good signal. My download speed on my phone when tethered is almost as good as my home broadband!

  • blaktool ballal ashraf (@blaktool) reported

@KimMayLondon @ThreeUK Where are you from? My coverage is down too 😑

  • KimMayLondon Kim May (@KimMayLondon) reported

@ThreeUK Hey your network is down in my area and the network coverage checker says it's good. It's obviously not. Giving me a phone number to get help doesn't really help at all in a situation like that. How am I going to call you without a signal

  • AshleyFiasco Ashley-Danielle (@AshleyFiasco) reported

Couldn't think of a more 1st world problem if I tried but can someone explain to me why I'm paying £75 a month to have absolutely no signal whatsoever on @ThreeUK ?!

  • therealrinaz DIRTY RIANA (@therealrinaz) reported

@tee_szn @ThreeUK like it’s on 4G and the signal is 3-4 bars idk why it’s moving weird

  • GouldthorpeAlan Alan Gouldthorpe (@GouldthorpeAlan) reported

@AlexHynes @ThreeUK I don't have a problem with 3. I have a phone contract with them and last year got a home Wi-Fi hub and I've been on numerous Microsoft Team meetings no problem. Guess it depends on the area you live in. North Lincolnshire no problems

  • niksargent ᵐʳNik (@niksargent) reported

@jan_sproul @AlexHynes @ThreeUK It’s All down to where you live and signal. I use voda 4G and THREE were not great on signal :) Note: I did find on some 4G providers that SKYPE4B screenshare didn’t work (ports blocked). So wise to check first.

  • silverdales Steve Perry (@silverdales) reported

@ThreeUK when is esim support coming? I really want a smartwatch may have to leave three after many years

  • varietybazar Glast O♿ (@varietybazar) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I've been unable to get any service at all one my phone since early afternoon - any news on when it might return please? BS5 9PQ

  • AndrewRWhite Andrew White (@AndrewRWhite) reported

@AlexHynes @ThreeUK I'd check the coverage map on their website. If you're in a good signal area, it should be robust enough.
