@ThreeUK your customer service need more training. More than 3 people asking all the security question ,still on the phone and no once explain to me why they charged me more than package cost. I don’t really feel secure if you charge whatever you like from my bank account !!!

@ThreeUK Hello :-) I took out mobile broadband with you guys but sadly it isn’t fit for purpose so I’m going to have to cancel it (within a month) could you point me in the right direction to speak to someone and get this sorted please? Thank you.
