    @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

    What the hell @ThreeUK no network in Cambridge when I really needed it yesterday. Still down today. Three@Home also down. As far as I can tell, nothing, I mean nothing, is functional at the moment. I have two accounts, two devices, zero service, two locations. Seriously. FIX IT

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve phoned chatted online to complain and there is no difference in service. I need a link or address or person I can contact to cancel our contract with no penalty and get a refund. Is there a link for that?

    @VodafoneUK All I hear is, not enough folk live there, we don't care about the area. Stupid companies, need to learn: If a tourist sees me on my mobile, esp if I'm on data & is amazed, I'll say to use @ThreeUK & @EE, not #Vodafone & consider contract swaps.

    @ThreeUKSupport mobile broadband in FY16BJ. Full 3G signal. speeds worse and worse over 2 months - today nothing. Please can you find out what is going on

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK shocking customer service contract will be ended after 15 years cannot look after exsiting customers. Rude staff in international call centers! All 3 of my contracts will be cancelled. Called for an upgrade and got treated with no respect!!!!
