@ThreeUK you sell batches of contracts to 3rd parties, who then sell them to the public at lower prices than you offer direct. Then your poor support staff try their damnedest to persuade us to take out your more expensive direct contracts on the same deal #Dumb #NeverRenewDirect

@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUK received message a couple of weeks ago saying you were carry out work in our area. Ever since our signal strength has weakened and data connection is hopeless, keeps dropping out.

@TechRadarPro @ThreeUK I think Three need to concentrate on its 4G service as parts of the UK still have no 4G signal quite appalling for such a big mobile network operator. So how about it Three. I asks in march this year for better reception on the Isle of Wight guess what still waiting 😱😨😲😨😱

@ThreeUK no signal for over an hour in Glasgow the same building I work every day and signal is usually fine always get told the same rubbish ongoing works !! Just renewed my contract with you !!! No point in contacting your team always the same generic process !!
