@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

I appreciate there is a major pandemic at present. However I have tried contacting #Threeuk to find out my account details for a lap top so I can find out when to cancel it. No staff to help and the app is useless. Strangely there are staff happy to chat about a new phone.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

@ThreeUKSupport If I stand right up on top of a high hill I can get 4g but it's so slow and unreliable it's not worth using and I use a one plus 7t and am finding the data in the area isn't as good as it was but I'm paying the same as everyone else who has 4g or 5g and am not getting it

@ThreeUKSupport I am quite upset. Every month i have issues bill is due on the 21st of the month. Despite telling them i need it on last working day nothing happens, i get cut off. Today i asked to be reconnected, i had to make an urgent call. They told me, "pay your bill" and ended the chat.
