When I replied 0 I was advised it was a toll number, shows as 72223 so I think its a scam, don not respond to these. If it is a genuine Three message then ill terminate my contract now.

Rusketh (@Rusketh) reportedJust a heads up to all, Due to terrible customer support from @ThreeUK my mobile phone is now out of commission, they offer a load of promises by refuse to confirm there promises in writing or email or even text. A promise like that holds no value to a customer.
