@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

@ThreeUKSupport I use the Ring app with cameras. For the last 3 weeks, can't Live View any camera on mobile data with 3. Found out I can get it working if I set my phone to 3G - it doesn't work with 4G/LTE or 5G. Something wrong with your network. Can you help?

@ThreeUK Amazing customer service last Sunday at Three Oxford Street East from Jay, what a gent. Stuck in London, no debit card, no data and no way to access money. Spent time just before closing and sorted for us so we could set up Apple Pay. You have an awesome employee there.

@ThreeUK absolutely shocking customer service .. I’ve been a customer for over 12 years and can’t get access to my account but you guys are happy to take £130 payment and limit my services …. I have been to the three store 3 times to rectify a date of birth issue on the account
