@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

So after 2 hours trying to contact @ThreeUKSupport I am told can’t cancel contract and call back in a few weeks. Appreciate current difficulties but you are well prepared to sell me one. Why do I have keep paying past contract end date. Will I get a refund.

I appreciate there is a major pandemic at present. However I have tried contacting #Threeuk to find out my account details for a lap top so I can find out when to cancel it. No staff to help and the app is useless. Strangely there are staff happy to chat about a new phone.

@ThreeUKSupport I'll continue to test outdoors whenever I'm out and about but all my tests so far haven't been very promising. Downstream can be superb, several hundred megabits per second, but upstream always seems dire. Is this a traffic policy or some compatibility issue with 3's 5G bands?
