@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

My lovely @ThreeUK I now have a fabulous 5G signal at home. Any idea when I’ll be able to order 5G broadband? Contract with @Sky is nearly up. Goodbye pointless landline rental. Hello 5 times my current speed.

@ThreeUKSupport @Ofcom Can you confirm when I request and used the STAC code , my Three account will get closed . The Three Customer Service on the phone said using the Stac code won’t cancel my contract, it is simply transfer the details to my new provider.
