@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

@ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

Hello @XiaomiUK I've got the Mi Mix 3 5G. In @Android Messages app, the 'Chat Settings' keep disconnecting messing Instant Messaging is non active so only SMS is available. I'm thinking of getting the Mi Mix 10T Pro. Is this issue on the list to be addressed? @ThreeUK

My son has currently been on web-chat with ’customer service’ for TWO HOURS @ThreeUK I want to cancel this hideous contract and as you have my money, I do NOT want to return the phone!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I can't login to my account and just get my3auth.text.generic.error whenever I try to change my password. I get the same thing on a variety of devices and browsers and with the cache cleared and whatnot.

On the positive side the @ThreeUK rep who spoke to me was WFH (from an offshore Call Centre) and looking after his baby and emptying the dishwasher while talking to me. Even though they have awful mobile WiFi you’ve got to give @ThreeUK diversity and multitasking kudos
