    @ThreeUK disappointed having to wait and wait then leave whilst the one and only employee is serving on shop floor to which the customer (not the employee) being served assures me the mananger will come out and serve me. No show, so left. Huntingdon store needs to up their game

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK i can’t believe i can talk to someone and get offered a free upgrade then ring back in ten mins to accept the offer then told that they can’t do it !! have 2 contacts with you for 8 years and i am now cancelling them both !! terrible service

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I’ll say it again (for the 120th time). BLOCK ALL 0843 NUMBERS FROM USING THE NETWORK. THEY ARE ALL SCAMS. It’s really, really simple.

    I don't know if it's a @ThreeUKSupport or an @iD_Mobile_UK issue but I recently moved from three to Id mobile. Bought a new phone and swapped my number. I'm still using the old phone around the house for music etc with my old now deactivated 3sim in but I recently... 1/?

    @ThreeUKSupport Once the store reopened, we did get a new SIM from them but it never worked or it couldn't get registered on the network. Seemingly there have been SIMs sent (we never received) & cause they were seemingly registered to the phone they couldn't register the new ones. A nightmare.

    @ThreeUKSupport No, no problems anywhere else. I'm sure it's an issue at Stratford. It's the same for my partner. And I've experienced it using different phones over the years.

    @ThreeUK The signal on Blackpool beach and St Bees beach was virtually non existence so really struggled to use our phones 😡

    @ThreeUKSupport I also did ask you to DM me to not discuss this issue on an open Twitter. A 48 hour to 5 day wait to reinstate this contract which is always paid each month is ridiculous surely this is not a unique situation.
