    @ThreeUK here we go again, why is it so hard to get internet around the Peterborough area? Your service has been shockingly bad over the last year and the excuses of we're upgrading ain't cutting it no more. Keep banging on about 5G and can't even get 3G!

    @ThreeUKSupport After 7 years with three, they have managed to p*ss me off, and it’s not my fault signal doesn’t work indoors. They have however said they will waive my penalty fee, it’s Oct and contract up in nov!

    Not had any signal the whole day…. @ThreeUK I know works are happening in SE23, but how am I still not having signal 18 miles away in the other end of London? How do I cancel my contract with 1 year left, because I’ve had signal about 4 days out of the past year

    @ThreeUKSupport I left an end-of-contract survey review with some complaints. Seriously, the service was awful - I know my voice is high, but one staff member refused to believe I was the account holder for my own contract.

The router has all 3 lights on suggesting it has 5g signal but no access to internet on any devices, despite obviously switching on and off several times.
