    @StephenMilnes @virginmedia @MartinSLewis @MoneyTelegraph @Ofcom Good luck !! They did exactly the same to me £40 ... ofcom were a waste of time . Never ever use @virginmedia for anything. They are an awful company. Use @ThreeUK who are ace .

    @ThreeUKSupport If you state my account will be reinstated within 24 hours, it should be reinstated within 24 hours. 24 hours is up. Now they're 'checking with the team' again... this is truly disgusting service. I will develop a proper complaint but right now I need my phone!

    @ThreeUKSupport well so far three agents have said its delayed but now another says I am getting it tomorrow so now im confused as one agent said to cancel and reorder 🤦

    @ThreeUK if you want a network with poor technical support and limited updates on problem resolution then switch to Three … you can waste hours of your life re explaining your issues to customer service for days on end it’s a real hoot

    @ThreeUKSupport Oh, its with the security team, they have no idea when it will be done but asking the chat team won't help apparently. So everything I was told yesterday was rubbish. And they tried to close the chat. This is atrocious.

    @ThreeUKSupport I reset my network settings and rebooted my phone but still only have H+. If I try to select 4g/3g only, it disconnects from the network.
