@ThreeUKSupport you just say this and do nothing. Just like your call centre. I sent more docs and I am told someone will call, they never do. I am the crime victim and you just must delete the contract on my name I never did and delete all data and confirm. But you choose to keep me in agony

@KiyleF @ThreeUK Did you ever get it sorted? I recently received mine and happen to be having the exact same issue… Phone gets 200-250 Mbps yet my Xbox Series X and PS5 gets between 40-50 Mbps. Nobody seems to be able to help from @ThreeUKSupport either!
