They did exactly the same to me £40 ... ofcom were a waste of time . Never ever use @virginmedia for anything. They are an awful company. Use @ThreeUK who are ace .

Your service has been shockingly bad over the last year and the excuses of we're upgrading ain't cutting it no more. Keep banging on about 5G and can't even get 3G!

Robbo$ONDO (@Robbo2024) reported@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Best bet use a Revolut sim. I had the same issue with 3. £12.50 a month with Revolut keep same number, 20GB while abroad and 50mins calls. Took 2 days to get old number transferred.
