@ThreeUKSupport I have made a complaint via the three store. Whenever I contact you online I always get told there are no problems, yet In store they tell me they know it’s poor. So which is it? I can barely use my phone for anything internet related, either way I’m going somewhere else 👍

@ThreeUKSupport Took phone out on 14 August 2020, phone was faulty returned it in September and recieved another faulty phone, proceeded to phone you every month for 10 months asking for a returns bag to cancel the contract
