    @StephenMilnes @virginmedia @MartinSLewis @MoneyTelegraph @Ofcom Good luck !! They did exactly the same to me £40 ... ofcom were a waste of time . Never ever use @virginmedia for anything. They are an awful company. Use @ThreeUK who are ace .

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi there, Nothing comes up to say it recognises a sim; just shows the bars as zero signal. When I go into mobile connection it has 3 mobile as an option but does nothing when selected.
