    My advice people is stay away from @ThreeUK. Service has been appalling for the last 2 years and despite being a customer (until recently) for 6 years no one will help me resolve a complaint that started before I left them. Horrendous customer services.

    @ThreeUK can you please explain why you took a £65 early redemption fee for a no longer needed contract, failed to cancel the contract then charge for 3 more months including £10 for not paying by dd before finally ending the contract?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have now spoken to two of you members of staff. Both who were more concerned about my payment of £127 rather than the issues I had raised to them. I asked if I could pay it in two separate payments so I didn’t struggle in the run up to Christmas...

    Hey @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport please please tell me how I go about speaking to someone about on ongoing complaint about your service. Your customer relations team are being unhelpful and I keep getting transferred to different people who seemingly aren’t listening to me!!!
