    @StephenMilnes @virginmedia @MartinSLewis @MoneyTelegraph @Ofcom Good luck !! They did exactly the same to me £40 ... ofcom were a waste of time . Never ever use @virginmedia for anything. They are an awful company. Use @ThreeUK who are ace .

    @ThreeUKSupport just upgraded phone sim contract & advised 3g support ending. (Phone is fine). But also have LTE modem with 3 mobile broadband, will this be affected and when?

    @ThreeUKSupport Given 3+ is an App, how do I use a browser to get the code? Every pre sale is the same your app just kicks people out. Shocking service

    @ThreeUK Since I topped up on Saturday, I've had no data on my phone, it says 'Sign In To Network.' Therefore your Cust Serv IVR sending me a link to resolve the issue is utterly pointless. I want a call back from a real person!

    @ThreeUKSupport I genuinely hate what I've experienced with three and I want out soon as I can solve this I'm leaving and taking my 10 family members who also having issues off your network. I don't want to give money to anyone who can't be human when you ask for patience and support
