@ThreeUK @Samsung I am really supportive of three being the best network however come on £109 per month that's £2616 for 24 months.The phone is only £1599 and your unlimited tariff is £20 so that's £2079 at least make it achievable for most buyers would love this handset but I can't afford that 😢

@ThreeUKSupport Samsung Galaxy s20 FE 4g. On site for £30/m £29 upfront vs my offer of £32/m £0 upfront. Worse off by £19 across contract ((2x24)-29). Small amount, but its about the principle. Not exactly making a customer feel valued.

@ThreeUKSupport I have cancelled an upgrade because the same phone and contract was being offered cheaper on your own website. When I rang to to query this was told I could cancel the upgrade. No attempt to make good made. Told I *might* get a better offer if I ring back on Monday
