@Three_Is_Broken perhaps we should all give trading standards a call as clearly something is up, and I get the feeling that @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK don’t give a crap!!

@pudzey7 @ThreeUK @ThreeIreland The thing is, the guy is telling me I don’t have unlimited data. When I bloody pay for it 😂😂 randomly today I got a text telling me I am down to my last 14gb. And it appears @ThreeUK don’t monitor there twitter page!!

Had nothing but good experience with @ThreeUK for years. I opted to upgrade early in Nov ‘20 & stay with them - despite finding better deal elsewhere & it’s suddenly gone real bad. 4 things wrong since then, 3 spiralling from their mistake & 1 CONSTANT harassment to upgrade again

... Which as they put it equates to 3.3p! All I was asking was to match what was already a deal with a 3rd party STILL with @ThreeUK but @ThreeUKSupport said it was impossible to do this. They could match the same offer as I would get as a new customer only!!!...

@ThreeUKSupport is there any way for me to get an update on a service outage? We use your 4g broadband for our internet but we've had no service for over 24hrs and the status page hasn't changed it just says there an issue.

@ShokerRajdip @ThreeUKSupport I've been trying to raise a complaint for weeks, but every time I get through the advisor speaks then magically hangs up.. Its disgusting. About to send my upgrade back and go elsewhere. 10+ years also, they don't care.

@ThreeUKSupport Ordered my upgrade on 24/1 to be delivered 26/1. Lied to twice that it was sent, then told there was an issue with the order. Had to cancel and reorder under a different price plan losing out on early upgrade after 12 months. Didn't work. Reorder again and the phone arrived..

@ThreeUK I’m still only receiving one bar on my phone..changed the sim as you asked..changed my phone..and still only limited service causing me no end of angst..and I still pay my bills😔😡

@ThreeUKSupport I cannot believe how he spoke to me when I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and was looking to get a new deal too, after resolving the issue. He didn’t even bother listening to the issue let alone solving the problem.

(2/4) @ThreeUKSupport I've never before experienced a power cut where I couldn't tether my laptop to my phone to get online, or researching what was going on on my phone. If I'd needed to I wouldn't have been able to call emergency services.
