    @Three_Is_Broken perhaps we should all give trading standards a call as clearly something is up, and I get the feeling that @ThreeUKSupport and @ThreeUK don’t give a crap!!

    @pudzey7 @ThreeUK @ThreeIreland The thing is, the guy is telling me I don’t have unlimited data. When I bloody pay for it 😂😂 randomly today I got a text telling me I am down to my last 14gb. And it appears @ThreeUK don’t monitor there twitter page!!

    @ThreeUK you keep threatening me with debt collectors over a payment I made over the phone after being told not to worry but wait for a bill that never arrived. Now 4 hours later I’m still waiting for a call back to confirm it’s resolved. Not good enough to ruin my credit rating!

    @ThreeUKSupport I tried and it the robot voice said "sorry we cannot top up using this card. Try using the website..." Which is what was giving me trouble before. The card is valid and has cash in the account, but because I've topped up with this card in the past I can't use it again?

    @ThreeUKSupport What if she is the account holder and has forgotten her details? As in the years since my father and mother no longer are together. Hence why we need more help then what is being suggested. So my father will be charged for a service he isn't receiving nor can try to correct.

    @ThreeUK shocking service... Will be cancelling accounts ASAP after over 15 years of service and 4 phones... terrible, and customer service line is a non starter. Reading scripts resolves nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi kirsty, my father's phone has stopped working (no signal) abroad currently. Tries to get in contact via your website only to be told he is not the account holder and would have to have the account holder contact them... 2)

    @ThreeUKSupport Now we haven't had any issue getting onto the account before, previously I've had to make several account calls as I kept forgetting my password, alas my father would contact them to reset my password...

    Quite odd but you know @ThreeUK can only manage 3G phone signal in SW1... that’s literally the very centre of the capital city. Get that 5G rollout happening!!
