@CasadyPalmer @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Tbf I think you can. I started as an upgrade call as 6 years a Three customer (along with my wife). But the deal they offered was £4 a month beyond my budget. I kept saying no I don’t want it for 2.5 hours and being very clear I wanted to leave and finally gave me my PAC code :(

@ThreeUKSupport I husband has now spoken to five different people on five separate occasions to try and get this resolved. Starting from scratch each time. If someone could resolve this issue asap we'd be very grateful.
@ThreeUK Yesterday we changed our Sim cards. Our internet is still terrible. We cannot even make regular calls. Find a solution to this, please.....
@ThreeUKSupport It was a brand new order where I was only able to enter a billing address. It doesn't really matter, the main issue is i've not been able to receive or use the router and sim/data. I've tried to cancel and been met with a crap process, and now you've passed me to debt colletors
@ThreeUKSupport That wasn't an option when I placed an order. Either way I never got the router or have used it. Three can see this from either my account or the fact the router was returned to them? Not sure why it was passed on to a debt collection agency... scandalous
@ThreeUKSupport how when the phone continually resets ie turns off and on again...apps 'kill chilled' battery optimised...at 6am held up 15 mins...at a better signal location yesterday...worked ok
@ThreeUKSupport They use an iPhone and iMessage. They are using +44 and the message is sent but never gets to me. Stranded in mid air. I have an android Huawei phone.

@ThreeUK where can I find out what the resolution of my complaint is? I go on the chat and all they want to do is transfer my sim card (??) which got me in this mess in the first place!
@ThreeUKSupport It was sent to my previous billing address which I couldn't change due to my bank only dealing with people in monetary distress from being furloughed. I've just been on the phone and now have to call the debt collection agency directly to sort this out. This is absolutely stupid
@ThreeUKSupport This is getting beyond a joke. I've had about four days of acceptable service in the last month.
