@CasadyPalmer @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Tbf I think you can. I started as an upgrade call as 6 years a Three customer (along with my wife). But the deal they offered was £4 a month beyond my budget. I kept saying no I don’t want it for 2.5 hours and being very clear I wanted to leave and finally gave me my PAC code :(

@ThreeUKSupport NR18 0UY. I barely dip into 4G when at home and almost never when walking the dog.

Matt (@trainfanmatt) reported
@paulmai @ThreeUK Of course if it was a data breach, then that's more serious. However, no-one claiming this has any proof such a thing occurred & it could just have been a network malfunction sending calls all over the place. I don't think getting all wound up over what might be is helpful
-
Matt (@trainfanmatt) reported
@paulmai @ThreeUK My point about being 'wound up' is that there's literally nothing to suggest we should be concerned about a data breach as there wasn't last night. 3 have confirmed all is working again & haven't mentioned a breach which I'm sure they would to enable customer to react

Hughes (@_Hughes_T) reported
@kendallrowanx @ThreeUKSupport I had similar issues when I had one of these. Ended up returning it but took months to resolve.

@ThreeUKSupport It's been less than perfect forever but these last 2 weeks have been particularly bad. It makes work calls difficult to say the least.

AMQTK (@AQ74410) reported
@ThreeUK Could you advise us what caused the problem? And can you confirm that no data breaches took place as a result of the problem? Thank you
-
Paul Maidment (@paulmai) reported
@trainfanmatt @ThreeUK It is not about "wound up" it is about data protection law. I personally don't think it is massive problem but a clear explanation would be best in this scenario. I don't know how familiar you are with the responsibilities of a data controller under GDPR?
