I started as an upgrade call as 6 years a Three customer (along with my wife). But the deal they offered was £4 a month beyond my budget. I kept saying no I don’t want it for 2.5 hours and being very clear I wanted to leave and finally gave me my PAC code :(

When I bloody pay for it 😂😂 randomly today I got a text telling me I am down to my last 14gb. And it appears @ThreeUK don’t monitor there twitter page!!

They did exactly the same to me £40 ... ofcom were a waste of time . Never ever use @virginmedia for anything. They are an awful company. Use @ThreeUK who are ace .
