Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

Third time lucky, @ThreeUKSupport I keep getting an automated message saying "This is a special announcement, you can no longer dial 153 from your Three handset. Please redial using 118 313 to connect to the Three international directory service. Cannot dial out. :(

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. In Greece bought an unlimited data add on monthly as PAYG customer with 3 phones (2 in Greece). Do I also have to pay £2 pd? Of £5 for data passport. Confused!

@ThreeUKSupport Initially it was being sent to store for collection, then it was changed to home delivery, now dpd have the parcel and are returning to your depot rather than my house?? There are multiple issues with the delivery but no issue taking my first payment today.

The absolute state in Kings road /Sloane .. constant robberies and muggings in my local area and now @ThreeUK store just held up and people attacked in broad daylight by robbers in balaclavas. Policing needs central funding support not cuts @BorisJohnson it is a shambles
