Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

@john_actuary @rmappleby @ThreeUK Plusnet is cheap and very good - 15gb for £10, one month contract and free roaming (not sure if it's worldwide, but certainly Europe). And it's on EE network so pretty good coverage. But they do screw you if you go over data limit.

@ThreeUKSupport As far as I'm aware Muz has opened an investigation as well and is hoping for a resolution tomorrow. I'm hoping that it can be resolved asap and the initial DD I paid will be refunded as initially told.

@ThreeUKSupport When I last renewed my contract online, the system issued a new phone no, which is now sitting in the back end of my account causing problems. Your shops won't help & it requires multiple calls/live chats every time I want to add something. I'm in the UK and want the £20 boost.

@john_actuary @ThreeUK Hmmm. Not sure if it will be included. The EU is, but I think you need to add extra bolt-ones/credit and PAYG outside the EU. Smarty uses 3’s network, in case you didn’t know. I use giffgaff, but don’t currently travel outside the UK, so less concerned about roaming these days.

@ThreeUKSupport …now that I’ve finally got service. I wouldn’t mind if I wasn’t told multiple conflicting pieces of information, and didn’t have to call and speak to several departments to be promised something else that doesn’t actually happen. I’ve missed out on important work as a result.

@ThreeUK I was given a free cancellation reference by the network issue department because I wasn't getting the service I am paying for and your technical people couldn't repair the fault. I called this morning to cancel my contract and was told to wait till 4th Nov. Why??

@ThreeUKSupport I'm now on day 4, on this particular round, of failing to purchase an add-on due to your system having screwed up my a/c. Why is there no chat option available on your website, as I am unable to connect to use my phone in my current location & need to fix this?
