Drop phone falls in small puddle cracks screen. Insurance is £25 excess on broken screens unlimited claims. told it's water damaged if phone doesn't power up £90 excess, phone powers up, then told insurance doesn't cover screens for my model phone @ThreeUK why didn't tell me this

@ThreeUK is it just me or is their issues with 4g in glasgow. (Eastend / centre of town) I have to keep changing to 3G to get anywhere. Shettleston is a blackspot for 4G. Trongate is a close second.

@ThreeUK made the worst decision ever to transfer my number. The transfer has been screwed up for over 48 hours and nothing can be done despite missing critical calls. Wasted over 4 hours.
