@AskPayPal @ThreeUKSupport just tested send and receiving texts normally and that works so guess it is a @PayPal issue.

@ThreeUKSupport I asked for written confirmation of this agreement via text, letter or even email, I was told this was not allowed and can not be done. But would be upheld, but since 4 support agents lied to me already. I cant trust any ones word

@ThreeUK might of sent me a text asking me to rate my conversation with support last night. When I replied 0 I was advised it was a toll number, shows as 72223 so I think its a scam, don not respond to these. If it is a genuine Three message then ill terminate my contract now.

@ThreeUKSupport I canceled today, because you guys have fully lost my trust and confidence. I never got my refund and now I will have to wait till the final invoice is generated to get my money back. At least this way, I do get it back!

@ThreeUKSupport Got lied too 4 times by customer support, A deal was then made to resolve the issue but the Agent refused to confirm the deal via letter, text or email, proof that the deal meant literally nothing. I was forced to terminate the contract to get my credit back.
