    @AskPayPal @ThreeUKSupport just tested send and receiving texts normally and that works so guess it is a @PayPal issue.

    Sooooo @ThreeUKSupport are literally the worst. Outage for OVER A WEEK. Missing CRITICAL BUSINESS MEETINGS. Told to DM them, did so. Then told to use chat bot, did so. Now I have to be redirected AGAIN to someone on the phone? I did that last week? And still not fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been with 3 for 8 years and only last year I have been having issues and never got sorted and I am paying £55 and plus add on every 2 or 3 months as my data runs out so quick and Three's never been able to resolve

    @virginmedia Having to use @ThreeUK mobile int. service to contact you because Virgin's home WiFi has been off for 5 days. First, TV and internet didn't work at the same time. Now, internet is all gone. We need WiFi to work from home so please sort this soon. Kidlington, OX5
