@ThreeUKSupport Morning. Could someone please let Ali from social media chat know that the last thing she tried to help me worked. I got kicked out of the chat before being able to confirm and thank her. Great customer service by her, as always by three.

@techandy @ThreeUK Agree. The main reasons I’ve stayed has been the Go Roam offer. Needless to say as soon as my contract is up I’ll be moving to a provider who is able to assemble the words “customer” and “service” into a meaningful sentence rather than untrained offshore staff

@KayBurley @ThreeUK There are 2 types of roaming. Home routing or local breakout. The former is the preferred option where the user access is routed back to the home network PDNGW. From there you use your own data. Curious to know what the charges consist of.

@ThreeUK is telling a supposed deal changed within less than 24hrs, the deal was generated by a member of staff it's not available on your website. How can one of your managers offer me a customer of over 10yrs your assigned price plan on your website as a deal?

@JeffBro47421173 @KayBurley @ThreeUK They never had roaming charges before it was outlawed. It was literally their USP

@ThreeUKSupport Everytime I enter my road my phone signal goes. Hit and miss in my house if the person on other end can hear me. Have reported before. Each time told you are aware of the problem and it’s being sorted. Ok for couple of days then back to square one. Why?

Beata Khoo
(@beatakhoo) reported
@ThreeUKSupport There is currently no signal whatsoever in the BN2 postcode area. It has been like that since earlier today. Please investigate and take swift action, thanks.

So @ThreeUK are re-introducing roaming charges….no reason to put up with a crap UK signal now!…..

Paula Sears Talpaert

@ThreeUKSupport So when previously I was told it was due to an issue that was being repaired, that was untrue? It wasn’t ‘generally limited’ when I started my contract with you years ago. So why now? Yes I have WiFi at home, not really the point though is it?
