Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

@ThreeUKSupport They ALL require either a credit card, or a visit to a 3 store. As I said, I live in a rural town with no 3 store, and I don't have a credit card. Whilst I can report incorrectly filtered sites, waiting 3 days to access a website is ridiculous, and doesn't help w/ regards to porn

Hi @ThreeUK I'm abroad & turned roaming off as soon as I turned my phone on on landing. I've been charged £5 for this approx 2 second period. Customer services have advised that I can't complain. I understand your roaming policy but this seems an unreasonable application. (1/2)

Hi @ThreeUK. I am abroad in a £5 Go Roam location. I did not want to be charged so as soon as I landed & turned on my phone (for emergencies only) I turned off data. This took approx 2 seconds. I've been charged £5. Your customer services have advised I cannot complain as (1/n)
