    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @ThreeUK after that system showing error and it wasn’t allowing these guys to give me new sim. After 3-4 back and forth calls customer care team issued new sim.

    @ThreeUK The roaming charges are scandalous The roaming charges are scandalous. I’ve been a loyal customer for years can’t wait till April 2023 I am going to cancel my contract and take the surplus I’ll have to pay on the chin . With O2 they have a cap and this is the fairest way
