They are sorry but still not enough to refund us and allow us to cancel our contract without paying a penalty. This is what we get everyday. Apparently technicians are working on it.

Keep having to manually switch to T mobile to make call/listen to VM. Any tips to stay on T mobile? I've followed all the data roaming tips on app.

I thought this allowed her to unlimited data allowing her to use the internet whilst out & above & contact her family in Ukraine. After 6 days it’s stopped working, please help/clarify
