Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

My enormous congratulations go to @ThreeUK this morning for successfully losing themselves a customer. Told yesterday my international roaming would be on (I never turned it off) in four hours… today I’m told it’ll be FOUR DAYS! Utterly useless.

@ThreeUKSupport Hello. I cannot receive OTP (verification) texts from my bank, from PayPal, and from Amazon today, but I instantly receive texts from "Three UK" itself and from friends. I'm using wifi-calling on a perfect internet connection. PLEASE FIX THIS URGENTLY!

i think @ThreeUK are possibly the worst phone provider ever. i’ve had nothing but lies from them for the past 2/3 weeks now and missed MULTIPLE important text messages because they still can’t swap my number over 🙃

@ThreeUKSupport There isn’t a day goes by without a problem. It is fine, not great, most of the time, but drops off and comes back regularly. I did not manage a chat! Why does it work - then not work! I’m keeping a log from Monday!
