@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, that's what I can't work out, the name of the network.

  • Zambiana_ Zambiana (@Zambiana_) reported

@ThreeUK is actually the worst network provider I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. Absolutely horrible. Please save yourself the hassle and stress and DO NOT get a phone contract with these incompetent fools.

  • RhysHowie92 Rhys Howie (@RhysHowie92) reported

@ThreeUKSupport apparently my 3 internet WiFi is meant to be for gaming. Yet it's absolutely terrible. Sold false lies of how good the internet is when it's about as stable as a straw house.

  • issyhc Issy (@issyhc) reported

@ThreeUK great news that you have the best 5G network in the UK pity you can't get decent 3 or 4G coverage in my area - I struggle to make calls or downloads - I have to rely on an equally inefficient wifi signal from @bt_uk and that's on superfast broadband

  • realsgc Stephen (@realsgc) reported

@ThreeUKSupport When you say don’t worry. I’m paying extra for a 4g+ router with currently no access to a 4g+ signal. I have a signal strength of -120d with download speeds of between 0.4 and 12mbs. At what point should I worry.

  • realsgc Stephen (@realsgc) reported

@ThreeUKSupport any idea when the updated masts in my area are going to switch to the new more powerful and stable 4g+ signal? I was told today but nothing so far.

  • fellopoly Liv (@fellopoly) reported

@ThreeUKSupport my phone looks like it has signal but when receive calls no one can hear me and say it's extremely crackly. Area is NE7. Is there any network issues? Been happening for more than 3 days and I've never had any issues with signal before. Thanks

  • SallyFinestone Sally Finestone (@SallyFinestone) reported

@ThreeUK Is there a network problem as mobile internet dongle not topping up !

  • matthewdjones Matthew Jones (@matthewdjones) reported

@ThreeUK @michaeljjava Looks like I'll be joining then. Due upgrade now. Contract ends next month. Looks like new network time 😬

  • quietroomtweets Quietroom (@quietroomtweets) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Total Three burp. Got 5g home broadband in Sep. after assurance my postcode was live. Mast down for a month. Router returned, contract cancelled. Fast forward to Oct: new promise 5g working, new contract & 5g router. No 5g anywhere. Waste of time - get a grip!
