@CasadyPalmer @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Tbf I think you can. I started as an upgrade call as 6 years a Three customer (along with my wife). But the deal they offered was £4 a month beyond my budget. I kept saying no I don’t want it for 2.5 hours and being very clear I wanted to leave and finally gave me my PAC code :(

@ThreeUKSupport hiya! I’ve had a 5G hub about a month now, works great on phones/iPad/laptop but I can’t get it to connect to Alexa or my SmartTV. I’ve tinkered with the wifi settings on the hub admin but no joy. Is this a known issue?

Having just upgraded to the S22 Ultra, I decided to get my son his first contract phone in line with mine. I've been with @ThreeUKSupport for about 13 years now, and apparently they're genuinely happy to dismiss a potential life long customer over £30. Kinda disappointed, really.

@ThreeUK W13 - Really bad internet from last 4 days. Speed doesn't go past 0.5 mbps for my 5g hub broadband. Status checker says there is an issue. How much more time will it take to fix the issue? It's been same since last 4 days. It's impossible to work @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport according to my 3 app, my data pack is going to run out after 2 weeks of activation instead of one month. I'm currently is USA and desperatelyI need this for the month. I've been on chat and my wife has been in store last week but no help from either so far

I would strongly urge any of you on the @ThreeUK network to seriously consider moving to someone else – the way my account was accessed by a criminal, and not investigated properly – is, quite frankly, terrible service, and in many circumstances downright dangerous.

Dear @ThreeUKSupport it is completely unreasonable for you to blacklist my phone because I tried to use data abroad, which I am entitled to do as part of my plan. I now cannot even call emergency services should I need them. This defeats the purpose of having a mobile abroad.

The social team @ThreeUKSupport will be like ‘oh, let us look into that…’ – but the phone team have been bloody awful. It’s one thing to let some random fraudster into my account – but quite another not to investigate the fraud properly, or diligently.
