@ThreeUKSupport A huwaei dongle gets 0.50 mbps on 4g...my phone on another network gets 14 mbps. Your service and dongle are an utter waste of time and money. These things are not fit for purpose and you are thieving money from customers selling them this trash.

@ThreeUKSupport Several months now. Not usually an issue but we've been making more and more calls lately. We can get a good signal when at the south of the house with views for miles in either direction, but the incredibly slow call setup time persists.

@claireyjenna @ThreeUKSupport So annoying. After complaining though a phone mysteriously turned up in about 5 days. Assume the help team must have had the wrong info, who knows, but still annoying that they continued to sell that deal as available for next day delivery, which was clearly false.
