    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not the only one in this post code area who has terrible 4g... Most days i have to switch to standard 3g just to get any signal at all. Checking your own coverage checked there are constant "engineers are fixing the problem" nothing ever gets better or fixed

    @ThreeUKSupport Sorry but I've have lost count of "web chats" I've had. Nothing fixes the issues. It is simply a Mast issue in my area. Not my phone (which between myself and partner have had 3 new phones and several new sims) look at my DMs they go back a couple of years!

    @Ofcom @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for sharing, no amount of persuasion or quoting the Equality Act would these Advisors and Managers agree to take my call via a recognised text relay service. I was actually hung up on by one Advisor and calls disconnected when transferring to Customer Services team.

    @ThreeUK The best network ever until 3 months ago. Don't know what is going on with you lot.. Calls constantly dropping out the data is shocking to the point Giff Gaff has better connectivity. I have been hoping this was a temp thing but 3 months ....
