@ThreeUKSupport Well I’ve only had the phone for a week now, haven’t always had the problems no I was with Vodafone before and worked fine there and at home. Have reset it a couple of times yes but no luck. Looks like it’s just a rubbish area for signal unfortunately.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s just poor. A service shouldn’t get worse and worse surely? When I’m uploading files to my server it takes forever. If all this is normal, then maybe I need a new normal.

*laugh* Online chatted with @ThreeUK support to explain why I’m leaving (recent PAYG price increase). Those folks can’t take that feedback. Have to contact “retention team”, which assumes I plan to stay, which I don’t. Good way to avoid negative feedback on the PAYG change, eh?

@ThreeUK Shite network. No 4g. Crap 3G. It’s amazing how my work phone on EE is excellent but the worst coverage and the customer service ever Over paying for a crap service. Can’t wait to leave in June.
