    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

On average, they’ve caused hassle every two weeks, from not doing stuff they said they would to doing stuff they never tell you about to several times outright lying. Gonna go through the contract as I’m sure a good lawyer will sort it.

    @ThreeUK trying to order 5G hub, website does not work. Tried mobile & laptop, sends me round in circles. Tried to open chat and there’s no live support. Waited for email, clicked the link and just takes me back to the shop homepage. Wasted hours trying to spend money with you!

    @ThreeUK I left Three a while ago when they proved totally incapable of porting my phone number to their network. Their offshore call centre people were incompetent and officious. Only got out when I threatened legal action. Really appalling network.
