    @ThreeUKSupport My contract for the old number should have been cancelled in MAY so im getting charged for 8 months on a phone number I haven't used at all, since I threw the old chip away and sold my old phone... I kept being asked for stig number.. or they couldn't cancel the contract.

    @ThreeUKSupport No 9ne will help me. I spoke to them and they said no one is working in cancellations convenientjy. They all working in new contracts though. I have several accounts with three been with you over 15 years and don't intend to change that except for this one

    Beside all the stress with corana virus @ThreeUKSupport complain support name Anu ID65278 was extremely rude and it actually piss me off . I want to cancel both contract please . You are causing me stress and anxiety and it a shame after 4 years with @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUK my wife keeps dropping out but phone service is fine, this seems to be happening on evenings consistently! I am in B14 area of Birmingham. Is there a reason for this!

    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

    @ThreeUK thank you for not helping me at all with my mobile phone repair claim, totally broken screen covered by accidental damage in your policy that you have taken ยฃ240 pounds off me and basically said tough luck. I am a long term loyal customer with 3 contracts #shameonyou

    @ThreeUK your live chat agent is a pile of crap, if someone asks to be put through to an agent and says no questions it must immediately do so, your unacceptable menus and ridiculous questions arent acceptable, if i ask for an agent it should be IMMEDIATE

    @Threeuk can barely load up my bus ticket in the city centre never mind doubling the price of the Caffรจ Nero reward and expecting that to load up in time to purchase. If only companies focused on improving their services before taking away the perks.

    @coveragechecker @ThreeUK I was surprised by a lot about it, I used to work for three so I knew there were some good places but recently since they have merged the signal around my city has just dropped quite hard, Iโ€™ve reported it many times but they donโ€™t seem to get back to me lol
