    @ThreeUKSupport I have been with 3 several times throughout my time... Never any problems until I want to leave... on every occasion its the same hard sell even when you say no its like they don't hear you and just carry on.. ask once then give me my pak code... thats all i ask

    @ThreeUKSupport bought a new 4G hub. Inserted sim, stuck in 4g hub. Asked customer support , couldn’t help, asked me to visit the local Wimbledon store. They were even more unhelpful. Didn’t offer a solution. Asked me to call customer support again!

    @ThreeUK Ironic that a communications company is impossible to communicate with. I am trying to make a complaint: your website complaints page is unresponsive, there are no phone numbers to call and your chat people respond with platitudes not solutions. What can I do?
